Research On Business Process Optimization Of Material Procurement In ZT Company

The construction industry has always been a major plan for people’s livelihood,not only the people pay high attention to it,the government also has a high degree of concern for it.In recent years,with the rapid development of science and technology,the operating mode of the construction industry has also undergone great changes.While development opportunities have expanded further,they also mean new challenges for managers as a result of the expansion of management.Procurement business process is an important step in procurement business management,pay enough attention to its input,improve the relevant process,improve efficiency can greatly save a lot of manpower and material resources for the group enterprises.ZT company is a typical representative of state-owned construction enterprises,in the fierce market competition,ZT company in the market share,to achieve high returns at the same time,but also gradually show the procurement management problems.It can be said that good material procurement management is more and more critical for enterprises,and optimizing process management of procurement business has become a watershed between successful enterprises and other competitors.However,in the past,most of China’s construction enterprises under extensive management to achieve rapid growth,which led to the current many enterprises have not established advanced management awareness,lack of correct management methods Especially in the material procurement management system,there are still more problems.This paper considers the feasibility of the research on this topic in many aspects,and also hopes to truly investigate and study the business process of ZT Company,and propose targeted and effective measures to improve the problems existing in ZT Company’s material procurement business process.The literature research method,ASME analysis method,fishbone diagram analysis method and ESIA optimization method are mainly used for research.Through the above methods,problems are found,problems are analyzed,problems are solved,and optimization solutions are proposed.According to the relevant literature,we understand the current situation of scholars around the world in the research of procurement material business processes,and refer to the relevant models or optimization suggestions proposed by other scholars to enrich and improve this article,and ensure that optimization is highly feasible as much as possible.Secondly,the relevant concepts and theoretical basis in this paper were sorted out,combined with the theoretical basic method,the ZT company,the object of this research,was investigated,a brief overview of the company’s situation was conducted,its procurement status and procurement objectives were investigated,and the problems existing in the procurement business process were excavated through relevant analysis methods and its procurement business processes,and the causes of the problems were analyzed,and the causes of the problems were deeply analyzed.Finally,according to the cause of the problem,the corresponding optimization is proposed to optimize the material procurement business process of ZT Company.In order to ensure that the optimization scheme can be effectively implemented,this paper also proposes a safeguard strategy for the optimization scheme.In this essay the targeted optimization measures proposed for ZT company’s interview business process are mainly tooptimize ZT company’s procurement business process,improve ZT company’s procurement management,improve the efficiency of procurement business process,but also hope to provide a little reference value and significance to brother enterprises and other related enterprises.
