Research On Business Process Improvement

Since the 21st century,the rapid growth of the national economy promote the rapid development of science and technology,the application of mobile internet and Internet of things and big data has been penetrating into various fields from scratch.With the growth of data center construction,the demand for air conditioners in computer rooms has been rapidly expanded.Facing the huge market demand and the harsh purchasing conditions of purchaser,the competition among equipment manufacturers is becoming increasingly fierce.Enterprises want to stand out in the red sea market with serious homogeneity must improve their comprehensive competitiveness by business process improvement.This paper takes A company in the communications industry as an example to illustrate the significance and improvement ideas of business process improvement for precision air conditioning manufacturing enterprises.By drawing business flow charts directly shows the existing business processes,using the methods of ASME and fishbone diagram to analyze existing business process.Founding there are some problems in the procurement business processes,such as purchasing process cumbersome,the control points of procurement business process are not clear,the approval process is repeated,selection and management of suppliers is inadequate,high stock level of raw materials,excessive liquidity occupied,and so on.There are many problems in the sales process,such as the unequal responsibilities and powers of functional managers,formalized approval procedures,audit time is long,multi-headed leadership and heavy bureaucracy etc..The deep reasons behind each process problem are explored from the aspects of organizational culture,organization framework and management thought by summarizing the business process problems.Combining the theory of business process improvement and the strategic objectives of the enterprise,ESI A method was used to improve the procurement and sales business processes of Company A.The effect of process improvement is evaluated comprehensively by using the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation after business process improvement and the evaluation result is good.Among them,the procurement process optimization improves the procurement efficiency and reduces the overall procurement cost by 12%;the sales business process improvement promotes the annual sales growth of 120 million Yuan and increases the market share by 4%.Business process improvement reforms A company from vertical management mode to flat management mode,promotes the coordination of procurement department,research and development,production,sales,services,and other business units,solves some existing and potential problems of A company,improves overall operating efficiency,reduces operating costs,and enhances the comprehensive strength of the enterprise.
