Research On The Industrialization Development Of Ganoderma Lucidum In Fujian Province

Ganoderma lucidum is known as "immortal herb",as a "medicinal and food homologous" Chinese herbal medicine has a unique curative effect and diversified health care functions,has become a treasure in the treasure house of traditional Chinese medicine in China.At present,the research on Ganoderma lucidum mainly stays at the pharmacodynamic level,and the discussion on the industrialization development of Ganoderma lucidum is relatively weak.In order to promote the industrialization of Ganoderma lucidum in Fujian,help our province to overcome poverty and achieve rural revitalization,a systematic study of the current situation of the Ganoderma lucidum industry and related industrial issues in Fujian should be carried out in a timely manner.This paper analyzes and studies the problems existing in the industrialization development of Ganoderma lucidum in Fujian through related industrial concepts and theories,the industrial situation of Ganoderma lucidum in Fujian,the current situation of The Ganoderma lucidum industry in Fujian,and the analysis of SWOT,and puts forward corresponding suggestions on this basis.This article is mainly discussed from the following six parts.The first part is to define the concepts of traditional Chinese medicine industry,authentic medicinal materials and "Fu Jiuwei" involved in the industrialization of Ganoderma lucidum,which is native to Fujian,and expounds the theoretical basis of this study: industrial policy theory,industrial cluster theory and industrial upgrading theory.The second part is the basic situation of the development of the Ganoderma lucidum industry in Fujian,mainly from the three parts of the history,distribution,and development environment of Ganoderma lucidum produced in Fujian,highlighting the authenticity of Ganoderma lucidum produced in Fujian and the advantages of Ganoderma lucidum industrialization development.The third part is the research status of Ganoderma lucidum industry in Fujian.It discusses the current situation of Ganoderma lucidum planting and production in Pucheng County and Wuping County through field research,combined with the current situation of Ganoderma lucidum processing,circulation and cultural industry.The fourth part is that there are obvious advantages in the breeding environment,long cultivation history,industrial scale expansion and brand competitiveness of Ganoderma lucidum;however,due to the chaotic naming and uneven quality of Ganoderma lucidum species,the scale of processing enterprises is small,affected by the unengraded ban on "food and medicine homology",there are deficiencies in financial support and other aspects;Fujian is strategically superior,and the support of the government,the construction of scientific research platforms and characteristic industrial clusters create conditions for the development of the Ganoderma lucidum industry in Fujian;however,bottlenecks have been encountered in industrial integration.There is a conflict between the shortage of basic resources and industrial expansion,and the weak competitiveness of products poses a threat to the development of the Ganoderma lucidum industry in Fujian,based on which four strategic models for the industrialization and development of Ganoderma lucidum in Fujian are formulated by using the SWOT method.The fifth part mainly analyzes the problems existing in the industrialization of Ganoderma lucidum,which is native to Fujian.The analysis is made from four aspects of production,processing,circulation and culture: in the production link,there is a lack of high-quality strains,the breeding technology of varieties is backward,and the production standardization degree is low;Professional and technical personnel;in the circulation link,the supervision system of the e-commerce trading platform is not perfect,the product safety guarantee system is not perfect,and the green trade barriers affect the export of products;Insufficient resource mining has led to serious homogenization and lag in the construction of the authentic Ganoderma lucidum brand in Fujian.The sixth part mainly puts forward relevant suggestions and countermeasures for the existing problems of the industrialization of Ganoderma lucidum in Fujian.By enhancing the high-quality breeding technology of Ganoderma lucidum,establishing a breeding system of high-quality strains,accelerating the construction of Ganoderma lucidum industrial clusters,realizing the transformation and upgrading of the Ganoderma lucidum industry in Fujian,and promoting the integration of the cultural industry of Ganoderma lucidum produced in Fujian,it provides reference for promoting the industrialization of Ganoderma lucidum produced in Fujian.
