Research On The Performance Evaluation And Promotion Strategy Of Working Capital Management Of T Group

In recent years,as China’s economy from high-speed development to high-quality development,too-fuel-consuming traditional cars,sales have been much lower than before.But the new energy automobile as a result of the energy renewal starts to receive the national esteem,the development momentum is good.As a supplier of new energy auto parts,new energy auto parts manufacturers are facing many opportunities and challenges.The level of working capital management is an important aspect to measure the operating efficiency of enterprises.Due to the poor management of working capital,the capital chain of enterprises is broken,resulting in bankruptcy and bankruptcy of many enterprises,enterprises to develop,we must pay attention to working capital management.In this paper,T group in auto parts manufacturing industry as the research object,using literature research,trend analysis,quantitative analysis and case analysis,to study the working capital management performance of t group.First of all,the working capital management,working capital management performance evaluation methods,working capital management performance evaluation indicators at home and abroad are collated to determine the content and research ideas,and related basic theory.Secondly,it introduces the general situation of t group,through the analysis of t group’s working capital scale and main items,understands the current situation of t group’s working capital management.Thirdly,by selecting the relevant indexes of liquidity,profitability,security and structural rationality,the performance evaluation index system of working capital management is constructed,using ratio analysis and factor analysis,the performance of working capital management of t group is evaluated both vertically and horizontally.Through evaluation and analysis,it is found that the problems in working capital management of t group include: In working capital security,the amount of money held is low and the pressure of debt repayment is high;in working capital profitability,the purchase cost and the research and development expense increase excessively fast;in the working capital liquidity aspect,the inventory turnover ratio and the receivable turnover ratio are low;in the working capital structure rationality aspect,the current assets ratio is low and the current liability ratio is high.Finally,in view of the above problems,the following suggestions are put forward: Strengthening the management of monetary funds,reducing the pressure of debt repayment,improving the security of working funds,establishing the Supplier Alliance,controlling the R & D cost,improving the profitability of working funds;We should strengthen the management of inventory and accounts receivable,improve the liquidity of working capital,optimize the structure of assets and liabilities and make the structure of working capital more reasonable..
