| With the shortage of resources and increasingly serious environmental problems,the closed-loop supply chain of recycling of waste products has received great attention from enterprises and government.In the process of implementing closed-loop supply chain management,the selection of recycling channels is one of the most important aspects,which directly affects the efficiency of closed-loop supply chain operation.At present,manufacturers face the problems of unsound recycling channels and lack of key processing technologies,and usually choose professional third-party recyclers to be responsible for recycling and processing of waste products to fulfill the extended producer responsibility.Recycling of new energy vehicle power battery is regarded as an excellent way to relieve resource shortage and reduce environmental damage.This paper takes new energy vehicle L enterprises as an example to study the construction of third-party recycler evaluation indexes and how manufacturers can select third-party recyclers scientifically and efficiently in the closed-loop supply chain practice with multiple and competing third-party recyclers.The main research work of this paper is as follows:(1)The evaluation index system of third-party recycler is constructed.By investigating the correlation influence relationship among indexes to identify the subjective weight of evaluation indexes,so as to lay the foundation for the evaluation selection of third-party recycler.The existing literature on recycling channels and third-party reverse logistics providers mainly focuses on the recycling of scrap,and less on third-party recyclers with professional dismantling and processing capabilities.In this paper,by comprehensively analyzing the factors affecting the recycling of closed-loop supply chain,the factors affecting the selection of third-party reverse logistics suppliers and the characteristics of third-party recyclers of power battery,constructs an evaluation index system for third-party recycler in five dimensions: recycling cost,recycling revenue,service quality,environmental protection and social impact.A combination of Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory and Interpretative Structural Modeling is used to analyze the correlation influence relationship among evaluation indexes and determine the subjective weights of evaluation indexes to provide the basis for enterprises to select third-party recycler.(2)To choose the best third-party recycler,a multi-attribute group decision model based on hesitant fuzzy linguistic and prospect theory is built.The majority of extant studies use game model to examine the issue of recycling channel selection,and few scholars investigate the selection of recycling channels from the perspective of decision making.Game theory is based on the expected utility theory,and the value of utility is used as the basis for selection.Hesitant fuzzy linguistic term sets is adopted to describe decision makers’ evaluation information under the unpredictability of business environment.The objective weight of indexes is accessed by using maximizing deviations method,and the weight of evaluation indexes of third-party recycler is established from a combination of subjective and objective perspectives.The decision maker weight is determined by the consensus degree of decision makers.Combine with the prospect theory to consider the risk attitude of decision makers,rank the comprehensive prospect value of alternative third-party recyclers,and then select the optimal third-party recycler.It is more suitable for the actual decision-making environment,and can provide some methodological support for relevant enterprises to select third-party recycler.(3)The new energy vehicle L enterprise selects the optimal third-party recycler for power batteries as a case study,uses a multi-attribute group decision making method to select third-party recycler.Combining with comparative analysis to confirm the feasibility and effectiveness of the multi-attribute group decision approach,which includes the subjective and objective weight of indexes as well as decision makers’ risk preferences,and proposes countermeasures for new energy vehicle power battery recycling.For new energy vehicle manufacturers to carry out power battery recycling,a suitable third-party recycler evaluation and selection mechanism needs to be established.The third-party recycler evaluation index system and the third-party recycler selection method based on multi-attribute group decision making established can provide decision reference for manufacturers to select third-party recycler.The results of evaluation indexes analysis and evaluation selection can also provide a basis for third-party recyclers to improve their competitiveness. |
