| With the rapid development of information technology,new media has become a new driving force for industrial transformation,and live streaming has gradually become an important way to monetize new media traffic.The research of domestic and foreign scholars on e-commerce live broadcast mainly involves the level of industry trends and specific characteristics,but there is a lack of relevant research on the supply of clothing orders under the environment of e-commerce live broadcast.Research.With the vigorous development of the industrial Internet,the textile and apparel industry Internet platform provides an information exchange platform for multi-party cross-regional resources.The supply and demand matching between production orders,manufacturing resources,logistics resources,and raw material resources is an important issue to be solved urgently.The research on the order production factor model of the ordering party is of great significance to promote the stable operation of the industrial Internet platform.From the perspective of the industrial Internet platform,this paper analyzes the live broadcast orders of clothing e-commerce,establishes a model of order production factors,clarifies the needs of the ecommerce ordering party,promotes the integration and utilization of supply chain resources,and improves the rapid response capability of the supply chain.Firstly,this paper introduces the development status and trend of e-commerce live broadcast,selects the data of Taobao e-commerce live broadcast platform for case analysis,and analyzes the realization mechanism of transforming production factors into product production factors in the macro economy by using the production factor theory.Secondly,the factor analysis method is used to preliminarily establish the production factor index system of e-commerce live broadcast orders.The index system is screened and verified through expert scoring.Finally,five primary indicators and 14 secondary indicators are obtained,and each indicator is described and quantified.Finally,based on the information contribution rate,the order production factor indicators are screened.The exploratory factor analysis method is used to verify and modify the order production factor indicator system.The entropy catastrophe progression method is used to score the key elements of the order.The characteristic requirements of the order,such as quality cost,delivery time,production capacity,service capacity and reputation,are screened.The e-commerce live broadcast order production factor model and classification rules are constructed.The case application verifies that the e-commerce order production demand can be classified according to the order production factor model,providing basic conditions and reference value for the realization of the manufacturer recommendation function based on the industrial Internet platform. |
