Research On Production Scheduling Problems For Make-to-order Apparel Enterprise

With greatly improvement of living standards, people are increasingly seeking high fashion, consumers are no longer just content with the popular clothing, and began to pursue personal choice. In this marketing environment, short life cycle of clothing, which clothing with long production cycle is a contradiction. Order-based production is the main source of value of garment enterprises, but it is also a key link to maximize profits in the face of more diverse now, urgent, random of the order, so companies must adopt a scientific and rational manner and means of production, to improve economic efficiency of enterprises. The article takes Dongmeng Clothing Co., Ltd., for an example, which is a typical order ,this type of garment enterprises in the background of production planning and scheduling of a number of issues were studied.This paper studies Limited company status, analysis of the business aspects of production planning and scheduling in a number of issues about the Dongmeng Clothing, and it explores the enterprise level in the production planning and production scheduling needs of two different levels. Second, also regarding the production scheduling theory and algorithms were reviewed by relevant scheduling algorithm, the scheduling order for the following business rules are designed to provide a theoretical basis.Secondly, in the production planning level, in response to corporate off-season and peak production year, this paper proposed rolling enterprise production planning methods, due to production is not balanced alternative. The annual production plans of enterprises with the expected program implementation plan is divided into two types through two forms of the rolling plan to ensure the effectiveness of production plans. Application of rolling production planning methods and related coping strategies, compared to the original one-off enterprise production planning, can be effective to avoid the actual business of production and the phenomenon of deviation from the plans, minimize the business losses caused by such problems . Then, in the level of production scheduling, orders and lines through the classification of business analysis, by means of combinatorial optimization theory (mainly the sort theory) related algorithms, such as SPT, EDD, Johnson algorithm, on the production process of the three most common Forms on line order scheduling model algorithm. By species were designed by a single assembly line production scheduling model, by type of process an order scheduling a number of model lines, and a single line in the special circumstances of single-process model of heuristic scheduling algorithms. Instance through the comparative analysis of production, we confirmed that several of the proposed scheduling algorithm, comparing to the experience of enterprise scheduling method used, can reduce order processing time, to improve production efficiency.Finally, it is a summary of the whole article, and for future orders for garment enterprises ,it needs to improve production planning and scheduling problems and analyzes further research status..
