Research On The Strategy Of Optimizing The Regional Business Environment By The Natural Resources Bureau Of X County,Jiangsu Province

The business environment refers to the external environment such as the rule of law,government affairs,market,and humanities that enterprises face in the process of investing and producing in a region.Vigorously promoting the improvement of the business environment of enterprises is a powerful guarantee for promoting a healthy and sustainable economy.Since the 14 th Five-Year Plan,once the "decentralization,regulation and service" reform plan has been finalized,from the central to the local level,it is necessary to intensify action,deepen administrative reform and institutional reform,incorporate optimization of the regional business environment into the key work of promoting local economic development,and vigorously promote regional economic development.In order to meet the needs of the development of the times,the institutional reform in 2018 has given new missions to the natural resources and planning departments.Although there is not much domestic research on the relationship between the performance of the natural resources and planning departments and the business environment,the performance of the natural resources and planning departments is not much.The impact of the performance of the natural resources sector on the business environment is very important.The national economy cannot take off without the protection of natural resources.This thesis studies the construction of business environment from the perspective of land management,and takes the measures to optimize the business environment issued by the state,province,city,and county as the research background,and analyzes the optimization of regional business from the perspective of enterprise and local economic development.The significance of the environment,understand and master the research status of optimizing the business environment at home and abroad by querying the relevant authoritative information,take the service-oriented government theory and administrative efficiency theory as the support,comprehensively use the literature research methods and other research methods,and conduct the investigation and research through questionnaires and interv.This article first fully affirmed the achievements made by the Natural Resources Bureau of X County,Jiangsu Province in optimizing the business environment,and learned through questionnaire surveys,on-site interviews and other methods to understand how enterprises and related departments in X County The satisfaction of the business environment is summarized and the problems existing in the five major aspects of planning and design,land acquisition,land use,departmental connection,and supporting services in the X County Natural Resources Bureau of Jiangsu Province are summarized,and the reasons are analyzed in depth,and feasible countermeasures are proposed.And reasonable suggestions.From the perspective of the Bureau of Natural Resources,this thesis provides diversified solutions for the further establishment of a sound business environment,and new optimization ideas to improve the construction level of local business environment.
