Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Constructing New Development Pattern

The new development pattern is guided by the relevant principles of the Marxian economics,with comrade Xi Jinping at its core,and in the light of the domestic and international environment facing China’s current social and economic development,the enrichment and development of the Marxian economics is the latest theoretical achievement of the Marxian economics.To construct a new development pattern is a strategic choice for China to participate in international cooperation and gain new competitive advantages.However,there are still some problems in the process of constructing the new development pattern,which need us to explore and analyze the reasons,put forward practical countermeasures,and try to provide some useful references for promoting the domestic and international double circulation.At present,to smooth the domestic circulation is to promote scientific and technological innovation,eliminate the obstruction in production,distribution,circulation and consumption,and achieve sustainable and high-quality economic development.At the same time,we should not ignore the international cycle,build a higher level of Open economy,deepen the mutual promotion of domestic and international cycles,and steadily build a new development pattern.The body of this thesis is divided into four parts:The first part,the construction of a new development pattern of the connotation and requirements are outlined.Firstly,it explains that the connotation of the new development pattern is domestic circulation as the main body and domestic and international double circulation promotes each other.Secondly,it further analyzes the requirements of building a new development pattern.It is discussed from three aspects:the key is that the economic cycle is unimpeded,the most essential feature is to achieve a high level of self-reliance and self-improvement and to implement a high level of opening to the outside world.The second part,elaborated constructs the new development pattern the theory instruction.Marxism’s productivity and Relations of production theory,the Social reproduction cycle theory and the world market theory provide a solid theoretical basis for the construction of a new development pattern.The third part explores the problems and causes of constructing the new development pattern.The main problems facing the construction of the new development pattern are:the obvious shortage of scientific and technological innovation,the blockage of the Social reproduction link,and the obstruction of the internal and external circulation of the economy,affect the domestic circulation and domestic and international double circulation smoothly.The reason is that the self-sufficiency rate of science and technology innovation is low,the circulation of domestic economy needs to be improved,and the economic globalization is confronted with strong counter-current.The fourth part,take the Marxism as the instruction,proposes the solution construction new development pattern to face the question countermeasure.The main points are as follows:strengthening the supporting role of independent scientific and technological innovation,achieving a high level of Dynamic equilibrium and demand,and building a higher level of Open economy.
