Research On The New Types Of Agribusiness In Gannan Old Revolutionary Base Areas Under The Perspective Of Agricultural Modernization Thought Of Marxism

Agriculture as the foundation of national economy,its modernization is particularly important.The report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly stated that ’ we should cultivate the new types of agribusiness,improve the agricultural socialized service system,and realize the organic connection between small farmers and modern agricultural development ’.In 2012,the State Council issued ’ Several Opinions on Supporting the Revitalization and Development of Gannan and Other Former Central Soviet Areas ’(hereinafter referred to as ’ several opinions ’),which clearly pointed out that the solution to the ’three rural issues ’ should be placed in a prominent position,consolidate and enhance the basic position of agriculture,and help the old revolutionary base areas to win the battle against poverty on time by vigorously developing new agricultural operators.In 2021,the State Council issued ’ Opinions on Supporting the Revitalization and Development of Old Revolutionary Areas in the New Era ’,pointing out that it is necessary to consolidate and expand the effective link between poverty alleviation and rural revitalization,enhance endogenous development momentum and promote high-quality development.Based on Agricultural Modernization Thought of Marxism,this paper uses literature research,survey analysis,case analysis and other methods to study,combs the concept of agricultural modernization theory and new agricultural business entities,analyzes the development status and development bottleneck of the new types of agribusiness in Gannan old revolutionary base areas,and studies typical cases of agribusiness in Gannan old revolutionary base areas,and finally puts forward the development countermeasures of the new types of agribusiness in Gannan old revolutionary base areas in the process of agricultural modernization.The main body of the paper is divided into five parts.The first part defines the related concepts of the new types of agribusiness,as well as the scope of Gannan old revolutionary base areas,and discusses the theoretical basis of the study.The second part is the practical exploration of the new types of agribusiness in Gannan old revolutionary base areas.It studies the development status of the new types of agribusiness in Gannan old revolutionary base areas.The third part studies the typical cases of Gannan old revolutionary base areas to prove the phased achievements of the new types of agribusiness and learn from them.The fourth part expounds the development bottleneck of the new types of agribusiness at the present stage,which paves the way for the following development countermeasures of the new types of agribusiness.The fifth part puts forward the development countermeasures of the new types of agribusiness in Gannan old revolutionary base areas in the process of agricultural modernization.In a word,this paper provides ideas and clues for the future theoretical research and practical promotion of the new types of agribusiness through the practical exploration of the new types of agribusiness in Gannan revolutionary base areas,so as to provide reference for the revitalization and development of other revolutionary base areas throughout the country,and provide Chinese wisdom and Chinese programs for poverty reduction in other developing countries.
