Research On Tourism-oriented New-type Urbanization Development Model In The Old Revolutionary Base Areas

Urbanization is the objective trend of the development of human history and the strong power to promote the domestic economic growth, also is the important symbol of modernization of the country. It is the important moment of the new-type urbanization construction of our country. Both the center government and the local government have mounted a series of policies of the new-type urbanization construction. The new-type urbanization construction is in full swing in the whole country. The urbanization construction has been relatively backward in the old revolutionary base areas due to their own condition limits. So, finding a new path of urbanization which suited the characteristics of the old revolutionary base areas will effectively speed up the progress and quality of urbanization construction, and can also enhance the level of urbanization construction of the whole country at the same time. This thesis is trying find the key elements in poverty alleviation and new-type urbanization construction of the old revolutionary base areas, and explore the tourism-oriented new-type urbanization development model based on the in-depth analysis of the characteristics of the new-type urbanization construction, the old revolutionary base areas and the tourism industry.The thesis is divided into four parts.Part one: Introducing topics. Choose the research direction in this article based on the analysis of the selected topic background. Then, constructs the research framework of this article by in-depth studying of the literature at home and abroad.Part two: Theoretical basis. Explain the concepts and theories related to this article, including the elements of the new-type urbanization construction and the development of the old revolutionary base areas, etc. And with the work done before, exploring how the development of tourism industry promoting the construction of the new-type urbanization in the old revolutionary base areas. All these work lay a foundation for subsequent theoretical research work.Part three: Model building. Building the tourism-oriented new-type urbanization development models on the basis of theoretical analysis, and explaining each one in detail.Part four: The case study. Set Hongjuncheng Wangcang as an example, putting forward specific paths of the tourism-oriented new-type urbanization and evaluating it, based on the actual situation of tourism industry and the new-type urbanization in Wangcang and the conclusion above.
