Research On The Influencing Factors And Paths Of Traditional Chinese Health Service Industry Development Based On FsQCA

1.Research purpose and significanceThis study strives to establish a theoretical analysis framework suitable for this study on the basis of clarifying related concepts such as health services and traditional Chinese medicine health services,and uses the fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis method to explore different characteristics of the different influencing factors and factor combinations to application in the development of traditional Chinese medicine health service industry.presented.And then provide targeted countermeasures and suggestions for the development of traditional Chinese medicine health service industry.Through research and development,for a long time,academic research on the development of traditional Chinese medicine services has mainly focused on some aspects and fields,and believes that the influence of each influencing factor on the results is independent of each other,ignoring the group between the influencing factors.At the same time,the research methods are mainly empirical and descriptive and demonstrative research methods,and there is a lack of research that integrates both qualitative and quantitative research orientations.Therefore,under this background,it is necessary to take the configuration theory as the core to carry out empirical research on the factors affecting the development of traditional Chinese medicine services.This study can supplement the research on the configuration analysis of the influencing factors of the development of the Chinese medicine health service industry,expand the research scope and method,increase the research depth,and provide a new perspective for subsequent scholars to conduct empirical research on the Chinese medicine health service industry.2.Research ideas and methodsThe paper has adopted the Fuzzy Set Qualitative Comparative Analysis(fs QCA)method as the core of configuration theory,mainly trying to solve the following problems:(1)What factors may affect the development of traditional Chinese medicine health services?(2)What are configurations make up by six influencing factors of policy support(ZCZC),infrastructure(JCSS),technological innovation(KJCX),talent training(RCPY),financial investment(CZTR),and economic development(JJFZ)and how they work together on The development of TCM health service industry?(3)Which influencing factors play a more important role?(4)How does the single factor function in the configuration.(5)What kind of conditional configuration has more obvious effect?This study mainly uses literature analysis,qualitative comparative analysis(fs QCA)and other methods to carry out research work.Firstly,the domestic and foreign literatures related to health services and traditional Chinese medicine health services are sorted out and reviewed,and an analysis framework of factors affecting the development of traditional Chinese medicine health services is constructed,and on this basis,relevant condition variables are selected.Secondly,according to the case selection principle that the selected research method should follow,the cases required for this study are screened and the relevant data are collected and sorted.Thirdly,use fs QCA3.0 software to operate the case data,and carry out empirical analysis on the results.Finally,according to the empirical analysis results,it puts forward countermeasures and constructions for the development of traditional Chinese medicine health service industry.3.Research results(1)Defined the definition and content of traditional Chinese medicine health servicesThe traditional Chinese medicine health service industry is based on the theory,technology and method of traditional Chinese medicine,combined with the health industry and the service industry,to meet the health needs of the people and improve the quality of life.(2)Constructed an analysis framework for influencing factors of the development of traditional Chinese medicine health service industryIn this study,the TOE analysis framework was introduced,combined with the practical situation of the development of the traditional Chinese medicine service industry,and the factors affecting the development of the traditional Chinese medicine health service industry were placed in the three dimensions of organization,technology and environment,and the condition variable index system was constructed.From a scientific perspective,the configuration analysis of various driving factors affecting the development of the Chinese medicine health service industry is carried out in order to screen out the core factors and effective configurations.Among them,the organizational dimension specifically includes two aspects: system construction and infrastructure construction.The technical dimension specifically includes two aspects:technological innovation and talent training.The environmental dimension specifically includes two aspects: financial investment and economic development.(3)Influencing factors and configuration paths of the development of TCM health service industryThe empirical analysis results show that scientific and technological innovation,talent training,and economic development are the core conditions,and policy support,infrastructure,and financial investment are marginal conditions.At the same time,five configuration paths to promote the development of traditional Chinese medicine health service industry are drawn,and they are classified into three categories,namely "technology-economical type","balanced type" and "talent-economical type"."technology-economical type" mainly includes,x Path 1: No matter whether the government increases the training of Chinese medicine talents,as long as the infrastructure is perfect(edge conditions),the degree of technological innovation is high(core conditions),and the economy is well developed(core conditions),even if the policy for the development of the traditional Chinese medicine health service industry is Support and financial appropriation is not strong,but also can make the TCM health service industry develop well;Path 2: When the policy support is insufficient and the infrastructure construction is not perfect,as long as the degree of scientific and technological innovation is high(core conditions)and economic development is good(core conditions))and large government financial investment(marginal conditions),no matter whether the government vigorously cultivates Chinese medicine talents,it can also make the Chinese medicine health service industry environment to strengthen personnel training(core conditions)to drive scientific and technological innovation and development(marginal conditions),and the development of traditional Chinese medicine and health services can also be well developed."Talent-economical type" mainly includes,path 4: When the government’s economic development(core conditions)is good,and it attaches great importance to talent training(core conditions),even if policy support is insufficient,infrastructure is imperfect,the level of technological innovation and development is low,and government financial investment The development of traditional Chinese medicine and health service industry can also be well developed);Path 5: When the level of economic development is high(core conditions)and government financial investment(edge conditions),as long as the government uses a good economic environment to improve infrastructure The level of construction(marginal conditions)and the strengthening of personnel training(core conditions),even if the policy support is not perfect and the level of scientific and technological innovation is not high,the good development of the traditional Chinese medicine health service industry can be achieved.4.Research conclusionsThrough empirical analysis,this paper draws the following conclusions:(1)Each condition variable constructs a driving path through a cooperative linkage.(2)Infrastructure is the basic element condition for the development of TCM health service industry.(3)Economic development is the key factor to promote the development of traditional Chinese medicine health service industry.(4)Talent training and technological innovation are important conditions for promoting the development of traditional Chinese medicine health service industry.(5)There are equivalent substitution effects among variables in organization,technology,and environment.(6)The effect of policy support and financial input in the configuration is not obvious.According to the above research conclusions,this paper puts forward the following countermeasures and suggestions:(1)Explore the construction of new infrastructure of traditional Chinese medicine health service industry to meet the needs of high-quality development.(2)Strengthen the training of traditional Chinese medicine talents and improve the professional quality of talents.(3)Accelerate the collaborative innovation of production,education and research,and promote the development of scientific and technological innovation.(4)Improve the external economic environment and play the role of economic engine.(5)Make full use of your own conditional endowments and explore adaptive development paths.(6)Pay attention to all-round overall planning and coordination,and give full play to the synergy effect of multiple parties.
