Manufacturing is the foundation of building a country and building a strong country.Driven by the macro policy of China’s transformation from a manufacturing power to a manufacturing power,manufacturing industry has ushered in development opportunities and also faces new challenges.The fierce market competition requires manufacturing enterprises to improve the efficiency of order transaction while ensuring product quality.TZ Company is a traditional mining equipment manufacturer.Since 2018,the delivery rate,product performance,quality stability and other aspects of TZ company’s new order projects have declined significantly,and the delivery capacity and quality of the order projects are not satisfactory.In the face of new challenges,TZ company actively responds to them by adjusting organizational structure and optimizing order management to overcome the disadvantages of enterprise management,reintegrate enterprise resources,optimize management process and enhance enterprise competitiveness.The quality of project management is very important for the development of enterprises.Optimizing the project management process can help order-type enterprises reduce costs and increase profits.In this thesis,the order-type project management process of TZ Company,a mining equipment manufacturing enterprise,is taken as the research object.Firstly,according to the operation of the enterprise,the theories and concepts involved in the research are introduced.Secondly,it introduces the process and current situation of order-type project management of TZ Company,and introduces the current situation of order-type project management process management respectively,and further analyzes the main problems and reasons existing in the process management of each department.Through research and analysis,it is found that TZ company’s current project management problems mainly exist in organizational structure,schedule management,quality management,procurement management and cost management.Thirdly,this thesis analyzes the process with ECRS method and combines the related theory of process optimization,as well as my more than ten years of work experience in TZ Company,and puts forward the overall optimization ideas and goals.In terms of organizational structure,strong matrix organizational structure is adopted,which fully avoids various problems of traditional functional structure and plays a role of overall planning.In terms of progress management,the progress management of each stage was optimized from the perspective of the whole process,and the total progress was improved by at least 26%.Quality management is improved from the process of the main departments connected in the whole process: in the design stage,focus on improving the process audit process,mining production branch through 5M1 E optimization of quality control,inspection and acceptance focus on strengthening the quality control of outsourced parts;In terms of procurement management process,a number of basic management systems have been improved,and the categories and classification management of purchased materials have been detailed.Evaluation mechanisms have been established based on the classification of suppliers.Cost management focuses on the design source,manufacturing process control,and the establishment of cost analysis system.Under the overall optimization scheme,an example is used to verify the overall optimization scheme from two aspects of delivery schedule and delivery quality,and then the effect is predicted.Finally,in order to ensure the effective implementation of the process optimization scheme,this thesis puts forward specific safeguard measures from six aspects.The research on the optimization of the order-type project management process of TZ Company in this thesis can provide reference for the actual project operation of TZ Company,and can also play an inspiration and reference role for enterprises in the same industry in the optimization of project management process.In practice,TZ company should continuously evaluate and improve the management process,so as to make it more suitable for the strategic needs of enterprise development,and obtain market competition advantages through continuous optimization of the management process.
