| At present,the transformation trend of manufacturing industry is increasingly obvious,and all global manufacturing enterprises are transforming to intelligent manufacturing.To win this opportunity,enterprises need to change the original traditional production management mode and adopt more advanced project management methods,so as to help enterprises seize opportunities,meet challenges and succeed in the transformation wave.Order-driven manufacturing enterprises focus on customers and takes customer product requirements as the core,and their management ideas and key performance improvement are of positive significance for strengthening enterprise planning control,improving enterprise efficiency,achieving customer satisfaction and enhancing enterprise competitiveness.This paper takes the T company M project as the research object,analyzes the actual problems encountered by the enterprise before the transformation,and combines the project management theory and the knowledge of the modern project management knowledge system to propose the significance and feasibility of the project management method introduction.Then,taking the M project as an example,the project management method is introduced from the top down.Finally,through the balance score card,analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the effects of M project before and after improvement were evaluated.The results show that the M project has improved significantly in terms of “financial aspects”,“customer aspects”,“internal business processes” and “innovation and learning”. |
