Research On Data Assets Management For Internet Enterprises

In the era of big data,especially under the influence of the new crown epidemic,the digital economy is developing more rapidly and data resources are increasingly becoming an important production factor for enterprises.The concept of data is an asset has become a consensus among all sectors of society.Especially for Internet enterprises,the value of data assets can be maximized by relying on the huge user base and convenient online operation channels.However,at present,most enterprises lack effective means to identify and determine the value of data,and it is difficult to evaluate and analyze the value of data assets,so it becomes a difficult problem for data asset management to effectively play the value of data assets.Tencent Hootsuite started data governance for Tencent Games in 2013,and after years of research and management,it also has a relatively complete management system for the management of data assets,which has certain implications for other enterprises as well.Based on the theoretical study of data asset management,this study collects information through various channels,and organizes and analyzes the collected information.After having a preliminary understanding of data asset management,it combines theory and practice,analyzes the formation and value embodiment of data assets of Internet enterprises from the formation and value of Internet enterprises,and analyzes the current situation of data asset management of Internet enterprises in China.On the basis of combining the research on data asset management of Internet enterprises,the management system and practical steps of data assets of Tencent games are analyzed,taking Tencent games as an example.It is sorted out that Tencent Games has a relatively complete data asset management system in the process of data asset management,the value of data assets can be reasonably evaluated,and the value of data assets can be effectively added.Then,we analyzed the effects of the measures implemented by Tencent Games and obtained the reasons for the success of data asset management,namely,there are clear rights and responsibilities for data asset management,the value of data can be effectively released,data security is guaranteed,and the data asset management system can be continuously iterated and improved.Finally,through the analysis of the Tencent game case,some reference measures of data asset management for enterprises are obtained: innovating the way of data asset identification and management,reasonably determining the way of data asset value assessment,focusing on data security management as well as broadening the value-added channels of data assets and improving the operation methods,which also provide references for other companies to carry out data asset management.
