Research On Intellectual Property Financing Of Technology-Based SMES

Centering on the national "14th Five-Year Plan" strategic layout and supply-side reform,technology-based smes with intellectual property rights as value output have become an important support for the national strategic transformation.However,the problem of narrow financing channels and high financing costs of most technology-based smes has not been solved yet,which has become the pain point of China’s economic development and the obstacle to the growth of technology-based smes.The development of intellectual property pledge financing can enable technology-based SMES to play a role in financing by virtue of their intellectual property advantages.Some countries with developed intellectual property rights have accumulated some practical experience in the exploration of intellectual property pledge financing mode.By analyzing the case of H Company,a small and medium-sized technology-oriented enterprise,this thesis introduces the motivation of H Company’s intellectual property pledge financing,and analyzes the difficulties in the implementation of intellectual property pledge financing from the perspectives of enterprises,banks,intermediaries and governments.For these problems and obstacles,the author puts forward the optimization path of each participant and has an idea for the optimization of the model.As each participant in the existing model acts in its own way and forms its own system,the author envisages that an innovative intellectual property pledge financing model based on the principle of market priority and collaborative cooperation and centered on the intellectual property service platform can be constructed,and its operation mechanism can be analyzed through screening mechanism,pricing mechanism and collaborative mechanism,the Shapley value method is used to fairly distribute the income of all parties according to their utility.Through calculation,it is concluded that the income distribution value of all participants in the game is higher than that without collaborative cooperation.In the optimization mode,the intellectual property service platform is added as a third-party platform.Close contact between all participants and form a community of interests.Sharing information through the platform can reduce the original information asymmetry and improve the financing efficiency of intellectual property pledge.The establishment of intellectual property financing optimization model proposed in this thesis provides a basis for improving and developing domestic intellectual property financing methods.Promote the function of science and technology smes in the process of building an innovation-oriented country.
