| Project management has played a very important role in the social and economic development of countries around the world in recent decades.However,economic globalization,enterprises have faced most projects that are presented in the form of project portfolios and project sets,and the operation of the project is becoming more and more complex,so the concept of multi-project management arises at the right moment.Multi-project management is a hot issue in current project management,the coordination of multiple project resource conflicts is a very critical issue.In recent years,with the continuous development and the wide application of infrared thermal imaging technology,a variety of low-cost external infrared thermal imaging products suitable for civil applications,playing a more and more important role in various fields of the national economy.Especially in the first outbreak of COVID-19 in 2020,infrared thermal imaging automatic temperature measurement products became an important scientific and technological tool to resist the virus,which made the infrared thermal imaging technology get the further application and popularization.In the wake of the pandemic,the infrared thermal imaging industry is also creating more new application scenarios.W company is such a high-tech company integrating research and development,production,and sales of infrared thermal imaging products.With the rapid expansion of W Company’s infrared thermal imaging products and business,the number of infrared thermal imaging product projects is increasing.When facing the situation of multi-project management,W Company uses scientific and efficient multi-project management in order to achieve company’s development strategic goals better.The traditional single project management model of W Company can no longer Meet the operational requirements of current multi-project management,multi-project resources often have competition and supply bottlenecks,resource conflicts are becoming increasingly obvious,and resource supply is in a condition of unable to optimize.In order to achieve the company’s business strategic goals,W company must have a successful multi-project management model.Multi-project implementation is the core driving force for the strategic development of W Company,and the rational optimization of multi-project resource allocation is the top priority of multi-project management for W Company.So,W Company need to establish a set of scientific resource allocation optimization methods in line with the Company’s strategic goals and the multi-project management’s characteristics of infrared thermal imaging products for optimizing limited resource allocation among W Company’s multiple projects.This paper takes W Company as the research object,on the basis of interviewing and investigating W Company’s project management current situation,and sorts out the problems and root causes in the multi-project management of W Company.That is,the lack of scientific prioritization of multi-project,producing mutual interference of project schedule and the lack of organizational structure in multi-project management.Through the related literatures research such as multi-project management,multi-project resource allocation,multi-project resource allocation composition dimension and its optimization mode,on this basis specific measures are proposed to optimize the allocation of W company’s existing multi-project management resources.Starting from the problems and root causes in the multi-project management of W Company,this paper puts forward the multi-project resource allocation optimization ideas of W Company,designs a multi-project priority evaluation system,and builds a resource allocation optimization model based on multi-project priority evaluation,and sets a project management office,combined with the multi-project case of W Company,the optimization model of multi-project resource allocation is applied in detail,and makes the multi-project management resource allocation optimization work of W Company more scientific and effective,and the result of multi-project management resource optimization is evaluated.This paper studies the organizational guarantee of W company’s multi-project management optimization,and uses the guarantee measure to implement a guarantee of multi-project management resource allocation optimization.Finally,the research conclusions,shortcomings and the future research prospects of this paper are put forward. |
