With the development of market economy, enterprises competition becomesincreasingly fierce, the profitability of that undertaken projects is getting lower andlower, who wants to maintain its own survival and development, it needs to contractdifferent projects, such development direction makes the construction enterpriseproject management environment in resource allocation optimization becomes morecomplicated, so study on the problem of construction enterprise project resourceallocation becomes increasingly imperative.First of all, this article summarizes the achievements of those scholars at home andabroad on dynamic multi-project management, the concept of project management andsome issues related to resource allocation model, and combined with the specificbackground of current construction enterprises and the analysis on the inadequacies ofthe existing resource allocation model, the paper makes a development plan ofconstruction enterprises dynamic multi-project resource allocation. Second, with ananalysis on dynamic resource types and status of the project, and combining withconfigured environment, the characteristics description, and the object allocationprocess, this article concludes that most of the construction enterprise project is facinga dynamic multi-project environments, however, under such dynamic multi-projectenvironment, resource configuration is uncertainty and some serious issues such asresource conflicts, have been presented. On this basis, this article develops a dynamicresource allocation scheme for construction enterprise in project management. Andthen on the related theoretical basis, this article combines with the critical chainmethod makes a dynamic resource allocation scheme for project management process design and a detailed step of the planning process and procedure in details. Finally,through specific case, this article has inspected the planning process, so as to furtherverify the validity and relevance of the process.Not only enrich the theoretical framework for dynamic multi-project management ofconstruction enterprises, but also provide a more efficient allocation of resources wayfor multi-project management of construction enterprises, in order to achieve morescientific and actual of the process of resource allocation construction projectmanagement.
