| Under the influence of Global Production Network,labor force is embedded in the practice of specific institutional,economic and social relations in its place.After the reform and opening up,China gradually relaxed the registered residence system in urban and rural areas,and the surplus rural labor force was transferred at different scales,and occupation selection was based on the industry access policy or market access system.In the process of labor mobility,labor force shows different spatial distribution patterns and network organization characteristics.Relevant research mainly focuses on the mobility of labor force in different scales and regions,and there is insufficient research on the characteristics and influencing factors of labor mobility of labor-intensive multinational corporations.Based on this,under the situation of deepening the research of Global Production Network,from the perspective of Relational Economic Geography and Labor Geography,through local typical experience,this paper analyzes the characteristics and influencing factors of labor network of multinational corporations in specific regions,discusses the phenomenon of economic transformation taking place in typical regions,and provides corresponding experience reference for regional economic development.The first-hand data of Zhengzhou Foxconn labor force are obtained through questionnaire survey and field interview.From the perspective of regional mobility network and social relationship network,using the social network analysis method,this paper analyzes the characteristics of Foxconn labor regional flow network from the perspective of Henan Province,and then analyzes the characteristics of labor social relationship network based on Actor Network Theory.The influencing factors of regional mobility network and social relationship network construction are analyzed by ordered logistic regression model.The study found:(1)Zhengzhou Foxconn’s labor sources are scattered and diversified,and Henan is the main labor market,but it also has a certain "absorption effect" on the labor force outside the province;The labor mobility rate is large and the basic wage is low;It is dominated by the new generation of labor force,and employees under the age of 35 account for more than 85% of the total sample.Zhengzhou Foxconn has a stronger ability to absorb the labor force in Henan Province.The labor flow network in Henan Province presents the overall characteristics of "strong core weak connection".The labor force relationship network in Henan Province presents the overall characteristics of "strong core weak connection".The labor force outside Henan Province mainly comes from prefecture level cities in neighboring provinces of Henan,but it also has a certain ability to absorb the labor force in remote areas such as Lhasa,Tibet and Qujing,Yunnan.(2)Using the actor network theory,this paper constructs the labor actor network of Zhengzhou Foxconn,forms the unique labor social relationship network of Zhengzhou Foxconn under the influence of government policies and enterprise decisions,and divides the social relationship network into three stages.In the primary development stage of the network,Foxconn’s labor relationship network has gradually formed under the action of the government and enterprises;In the stage of diversified network development,Foxconn’s network with the government,labor force,intermediary companies and other enterprises has gradually deepened,and the network connection between labor force has become closer;In the development stage of network linkage,the labor force chooses to be employed in Foxconn factory in the city,but a large number of labor force still choose to seek jobs in Zhengzhou Foxconn,and there is labor dispatch between the factories.(3)From the impact of personal and social attribute elements and employee perception on the regional mobility network of labor force.At the level of personal attributes,gender,education level and wage level have a significant positive impact.Foxconn’s OEM task provides a large number of suitable job opportunities for female labor force;Employees with high education level are more likely to accept the changes brought by changing jobs;Labor force often flows to areas with higher wage level,promoting the formation of mobile network.The influence of age,position and working hours was not significant.In terms of social attributes,policies and per capita GDP have a significant positive impact.The government allocates recruitment tasks to prefecture level municipal governments and intermediaries through administrative forces to promote labor mobility;Areas with high per capita GDP have more employment opportunities and wage levels;Distance has a significant negative impact.Long distance work is not attractive to the labor force,which is not conducive to the formation of mobile network.From the perspective of employees’ perception,the sense of corporate belonging and local identity significantly promote the formation of regional labor mobility network,and the impact of employees’ sense of security and job satisfaction is not significant.(4)From the impact of individual and social attribute elements and employee perception on labor social relationship network.In terms of personal attributes,gender and position have a significant positive impact,and female employees obtain employment information more through kinship and friendship;Employees with higher positions have more complex social networks and more opportunities to obtain employment information;Education,working hours and wages have a significant negative impact,and high-quality labor has more access to information;The longer the working hours,the less likely it is to change jobs and the fewer opportunities to use social networks;Employees with high wages have stronger job stability,which reduces employee turnover;The effect of age was not significant.At the social attribute level,the policy has a significant negative impact.When the government and enterprises release employment information through intermediaries,the demand of labor force to obtain employment information through social relationship network decreases;The impact of per capita GDP and distance is not significant.Through the relationship between social relationship network and wage level,the use of relationship significantly improves the wage level,but the impact of different relationship types is quite different.From the perspective of employees’ perception,employees’ sense of security,job satisfaction,corporate belonging and local identity have a significant positive impact on the social relationship network.With the improvement of employees’ perception,employees are willing to transmit and obtain work information through kinship,geography and friendship,which promotes the formation of labor network. |
