| Since the establishment of Zhengzhou Airport Economic Comprehensive Experimental Zone in 2013,the aviation logistics industry of Zhengzhou Xinzheng airport has developed rapidly under the joint action of policy support and market mechanism.Zhengzhou airport is located in the international aviation logistics hub and has become an important part of the national "the Belt and Road" international public service platform.However,in practice in recent years,it is found that the growth rate of cargo and mail throughput of Xinzheng airport is relatively low in recent years;It is also found that the aviation logistics industry cluster of Zhengzhou Xinzheng airport has a low degree of agglomeration.Therefore,in order to promote the development and evolution of aviation logistics industry cluster in Zhengzhou aviation port area,it is necessary to study the formation mechanism of aviation logistics industry cluster.Existing studies believe that the main factors affecting the formation of industrial clusters are agglomeration economy,path dependence,market mechanism,external relations,power relations and institutional environment.The existing research mainly solves the problem of the formation mechanism of industrial clusters under the condition of marketization,and the research objects are mainly agriculture and industry.Therefore,more attention is paid to the industrial clusters themselves,less attention is paid to the industries induced by policies and systems,and less attention is paid to the relationship between different industrial clusters.However,the aviation logistics industry in Zhengzhou aviation port area is an industry induced by policies and systems,and its formation mechanism may be different from that of naturally formed industrial clusters or agricultural industrial clusters;Aviation logistics industry is a productive service industry and a branch of logistics industry.It has the characteristics of high speed,high freight and strong dependence on infrastructure.Therefore,its formation mechanism may be different from other subdivided industries in the logistics industry.Therefore,it is very important to study the formation mechanism of aviation logistics industry cluster.In view of the limitations of the existing research,it is necessary to bring the relationship between industrial clusters into the factors affecting the formation of industrial clusters.The number of aviation enterprises and logistics industry clusters formed in Zhengzhou by the time of the formation of the "sas-1" model were checked and fitted by MATLAB,and the results of the "aviation industry cluster" and "logistics industry cluster" by the time of the formation of the "aviation industry cluster" and "logistics industry cluster" in 2014 were obtained,It is supplemented by the case analysis of mature airports at home and abroad and the case analysis of public statistical data of Zhengzhou airport port area.The results show that the number of aviation logistics enterprises is expected to reach the maximum point in September 2033 and the number of manufacturing enterprises is expected to reach the maximum point in February 2028;In the development path,the development of manufacturing industry in Zhengzhou aviation port area precedes the aviation logistics industry.Then,supplemented by the two development paths obtained from the case analysis,it comes to the conclusion that the manufacturing industry of Zhengzhou aviation port area drives the development of aviation logistics industry.At the same time,it can be concluded that the support of manufacturing industry for aviation logistics industry is one of the factors affecting the formation of aviation logistics industry cluster in Zhengzhou aviation port area.Therefore,in order to ensure the high-quality and sustainable development of Zhengzhou airport,we also need the cooperation of multiple sectors of society,take the active introduction of manufacturing industry,especially advanced manufacturing industry as the main direction,and take optimizing the business environment,promoting benign market competition and establishing industry organization supervision as the main measures,so as to lay a solid foundation for Zhengzhou airport to become an international aviation logistics hub. |
