Research On The Impact Of Rural Labor Transfer On Farmers' Income In Henan Provinc

Since the reform and opening up,China has achieved rapid economic and social development in all aspects,but the economic and social reality of unbalanced local economic and social development still exists,"agriculture,rural areas" is still the key to Accelerate China’s modernization and build a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way.The core of "three agriculture" problem is farmer’s problem,and the core of farmer’s problem is farmer’s income problem.Based on the relevant theories of rural surplus labor transfer,this paper focuses on the impact of rural surplus labor transfer on farmers’ income by taking henan province as the main research object.Aimed at the status of the surplus labor force transfer and farmers’ income in henan,from the perspective of labor transfer,henan labor transfer of rural surplus labor is definitely continues to expand,but transfer rate has been declining trend,and gradually higher proportions of workers in the province and outside the province of transfer of labor force level of higher education in middle school,most of which is engaged in the second and third industry.This paper studies the significant impact of the transfer of rural surplus labor force on the increase of farmers’ income from two aspects of theoretical analysis and experimental analysis.In the field of theoretical research: This chapter first discusses the basic concept of rural labor transfer,this paper introduces the classic mode of foreign labor transfer theory,and mainly introduced the domestic relevant rural labor transfer research achievements about the role of farmers increase their income,and finally put forward further in theory,through the transfer of rural labor force to towns can improve the resource allocation of rural labor force,Thus increase the marginal output of farmers,and drive farmers to increase their income.Empirical research in rural labor transfer,this paper focuses on analysis of rural surplus labor transfer influence on farmers’ income level,and by using the first industry in henan province from 2000 to 2020 the number of jobs accounted for the proportion of the whole society employment on behalf of the rural labor transfer,as explanatory variables,using is per capita net income of farmers from the same period as the explained variable.The empirical results show that the transfer of rural labor force contributes to the improvement of farmers’ income.This paper finds that there are still a large number of surplus labor in the countryside of Henan province,and the transfer of rural labor force is still an effective way to increase farmers’ income at present and in the future.To improve farmers’ income in Henan Province,it is necessary to promote the transfer of rural surplus labor force.Finally,this paper puts forward relevant policy suggestions on how to improve the quality of rural labor force and smooth the transfer path of rural surplus labor force.
