Research On The Value Driving Factors Of Shentong Express Enterprise Based On The Perspective Of EVA

At present,as a basic part of the social service industry,the logistics industry is in a period of rapid development and is closely connected with the people’s life.Facing the rapidly changing market environment,the logistics industry is changing with each passing day.However,at this stage,they blindly seek economies of scale,and logistics enterprises do not pay enough attention to improving logistics efficiency,strengthening comprehensive service level and reducing transportation costs in the process of development.Therefore,it is particularly important to accurately evaluate the enterprise value of logistics enterprises.The author selects the calculation formula of EVA caliber 2 of CSMAR guotai’an database applicable to private listed enterprises to evaluate and analyze the value of Shentong express,and then further analyzes the financial and operational aspects of Shentong express,diagnoses the problems existing in the value of Shentong express,and puts forward corresponding strategies,In order to provide a certain degree of reference for investors to make investment decisions.The author collects,sorts out and calculates the EVA value of 37 listed companies in the logistics sector including Shentong express in recent years,and positions the economic added value of Shentong express in the industry.In order to find out the main influencing factors of the damage to the value of Shentong express in recent years,according to the actual situation of Shentong express and combined with the theoretical research of scholars at home and abroad,the author modified the calculation formula of EVA caliber 2 applicable to private listed enterprises in guotai’an database,and established a value driving factor model in line with Shentong express,So as to clarify the variable indicators that affect the value of Shentong express enterprise.The sensitivity analysis shows that among the many influencing factors at the financial level,the sensitivity coefficient of operating profit is the highest.Through further sensitivity analysis at the operation level,it is found that the changes of operating revenue and operating cost have the greatest impact on the enterprise value of Shentong express,and the driving force to enhance the enterprise value of Shentong express is more significant.Therefore,the author further analyzes the problems existing in the value management process of Shentong express,and then puts forward optimization suggestions to improve the value of Shentong express: Shentong express should implement differentiated development,improve cross-border service level,and increase brand and intellectual property investment;Rectify franchisees,promote the direct operation of transfer centers and optimize labor costs;Strengthen the intelligent transformation of the transfer center,improve the scientific management system of enterprise resources and improve the efficiency of asset use,so as to help enterprises achieve the purpose of improving the efficiency of enterprise resource allocation,seeking enterprise value-added and realizing the healthy and sustainable development of enterprises.
