Study On Driving Mechanism And Countermeasure Of Symbiosis Development Between Regional Agricultural Enterprise Cluster And Logistics Industry

China has always attached great importance to the development of agriculture and rural areas.Agricultural enterprises connect land and market together through logistics,and the process that agricultural enterprises gather to form regional agricultural enterprises cluster is also the process that logistics enterprises develop continuously.Due to market relations,regional agricultural enterprise cluster and logistics industry have formed the industry association of benefit sharing and value consistency.The sustainable development of regional agricultural enterprise cluster and logistics industry requires symbiotic development of both.As an objective form of industrial symbiosis between agricultural industry and logistics industry,the symbiosis development of regional agricultural enterprise cluster and logistics industry is also an important way to promote the further development of agricultural industry and logistics industry.These have become urgent problems to be solved in the process of integrated development of primary,secondary and tertiary industries in rural areas,such as how to correctly understand the symbiotic relationship of regional agricultural enterprise clusters and logistics industry,how to reveal the driving mechanism of their symbiotic development,and how to guide their symbiotic development.In view of this,this study starts from the theoretical analysis of symbiotic relationship between regional agricultural enterprise cluster and logistics industry,under the guidance of symbiosis theory,dissipative structure theory and regional coordinated development theory,through the use of grounded theory research method,interpretive structure model method,literature analysis methods,investigation and research methods,the symbiotic development of regional agricultural enterprise cluster and logistics industry has been studied systematically and deeply.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:（1）The necessity and feasibility of symbiosis of regional agricultural enterprise cluster and logistics industry were analyzed based on the identification of development status.Based on the symbiotic relationship theory model,the symbiotic relationship between regional agricultural enterprise cluster and logistics industry is analyzed theoretically from symbiotic principle,symbiotic unit,symbiotic environment,symbiotic interface and symbiotic mode,and the theoretical model of the symbiotic system between regional agricultural enterprise cluster and logistics industry is constructed.The results show that the regional agricultural enterprise cluster and logistics industry follow the basic principle of symbiosis under the external policy environment,market environment and natural environment,and form the symbiosis relationship through the interaction of information,matter and energy,forming the symbiosis system.（2）The factors influencing the symbiotic development of regional agricultural enterprise cluster and logistics industry were researched by using grounded theory.Formulate the research plan on the basis of the topic,including the content,object,method and process of sample data.The influencing factors are analyzed by open decoding,spindle decoding and selective decoding.Through the research,eight influencing factors are extracted as natural environment,brand competitiveness,business performance,logistics supply and demand,scientific and technological productivity,symbiotic development degree,policy support and market guarantee.The general theoretical process of the symbiotic development of regional agricultural enterprise cluster and logistics industry is concluded based on the canonical analysis model.The conclusion is that:The government has provided a good market environment for regional agricultural enterprise clusters and logistics industry through the implementation of macro policy guidance and specific policy measures,the logistics demand scale of regional agricultural enterprise cluster matches with the logistics supply quality of logistics industry.On the basis of supply and demand matching,they form the recognition of symbiotic development,and the marketing benefit has been increasing through increasing investment.The achievements of symbiotic development have encouraged both sides to strengthen technological innovation and implement personnel training measures.Thus,the brand competitiveness of enterprises on both sides is strengthened and the symbiotic development of regional agricultural enterprise cluster and logistics industry is finally realized.（3）A symbiotic development system model of regional agricultural enterprise cluster and logistics industry was constructed by using interpretive structure model.The driving mechanism of the symbiotic development of regional agricultural enterprise cluster and logistics industry is revealed from the analysis of driving factors and driving paths.The following conclusions can be obtained.First of all,macro-policy orientation is the fundamental driving factor for the symbiotic development of regional agricultural enterprise cluster and logistics industry,and the symbiotic development effect is the fundamental goal of the symbiotic development of regional agricultural enterprise cluster and logistics industry.Secondly,there are three external factors and one internal factor among the four driving factors which play an important role.It shows that the symbiotic development of regional agricultural enterprise clusters and logistics industry is mainly driven by exogenous factors and supplemented by endogenous factors.Finally,there is a positive driving loop composed of logistics supply quality,enterprise market value,enterprise marketing profit and logistics demand scale,it has direct and ultimate driving effect on symbiotic development,It shows that the virtuous cycle growth of enterprise operation business volume,marketing profit value,brand value and market competitiveness based on the matching of logistics demand and logistics supply,is the basic and main idea of the symbiotic development of regional agricultural enterprise cluster and logistics industry.（4）By the instance test of lianyungang edible fungus regional agricultural clusters and logistics symbiotic development and yangcheng lake hairy crabs regional agricultural clusters and logistics symbiotic,the role of driving factors and the direction of driving path of the symbiotic development system model of regional agricultural enterprise clusters and logistics industry proposed above have been verified.The rationality and value of the driving mechanism for the symbiotic development of regional agricultural enterprise cluster and logistics industry are fully proved.（5）On the basis of the above research work,countermeasures based on external environmental factors are put forward from four aspects of optimizing macro policy orientation,precise implementation of policies and measures,efficient market supervision system and good market service order.The suggestions are put forward based on the internal factors of enterprises from the scientific industrial planning,adhere to the concept of symbiotic development,pay attention to the introduction and training of talents,strengthen technological research and innovation,do a good job in quality control,improve the brand value of six dimensions.
