| The middle-level managers of an enterprise are the leadership connecting the superiors and the subordinates in the enterprise,from top-level decision makers of the enterprise to lower-level employees.They are in charge of communicating,coordinating and organizing all kinds of work among the internal departments of the enterprise,playing a supporting role in the enterprise,whose importance can not be underestimated.As an important backbone,the middle-level managers of enterprises also bear the important functions and missions of production,stability and development of enterprises,as well as the pre-selection and post-training of the middle-level managers of enterprises,which are important work to effectively promote the comprehensive strength of enterprises.At present,however,there are still many deficiencies in the selection and training of middle-level managers in Chinese enterprises.In order to make up for these deficiencies,scholars have introduced competency models,so as to achieve the scientific and effective evaluation of middle-level managers and even a wider range of people.To sum up,in view of the important role of middle-level managers,it is urgent and important to establish,improve and perfect the training system for middle-level managers.This thesis chooses company B as the research object.First of all,on the basis of summarizing the literature review on competency theory of domestic and foreign experts and scholars,the thesis also introduces deeper iceberg model theory and onion model theory as the theoretical basis of the thesis.Secondly,according to the actual situation of company B,a questionnaire is designed and distributed,and the potential problems in the training of B company’s middle-level managers are put forward based on the facts,so as to select out the factors suitable for company B’s middle-level managers.Then,through the case analysis,factor analysis and other research programs,18 elements from 4 factors are selected altogether to build company B’s middle-level manager training system,as well as the corresponding evaluation system and safeguard measures.This thesis has both quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis,which can not only provide convincing data support for company B’s middle managers,but also introduce scientific and theoretical basis,and also provide reference for other manufacturing enterprises. |
