In the process of quick business expansion,the excellent business talent who are quickly promoted internally or the middle-level management talent who are recruited externally are particularly vulnerable to huge obstacles in new positions and environments,resulting in an embarrassing situation in which middle-level management talents hardly meet the requirements.This pain point poses a huge challenge to human resources.Whether we can effectively train middle-level managers who meet the requirements of the position is a problem faced by many human resources departments.Morningstar(Shenzhen office)was experiencing rapid growth in business in 2018 due to the rising business,and the performance of managers hardly meet the standards.By studying the middle-level manager's job competency,the writer hopes to overcome the original training standard definition,in which the training needs,plans,implementation and results are always difficult to quantify and measure,helping enterprises to quickly establish a suitable middle-level management training system in order to improve the situation that the middle management talents is always in short supply due to the expansion of the organization.This paper first describes the training needs confirmation,training plan formulation,training implementation and training effect test theory in the modern enterprise training system,the construction of the middle-level manager post competency model theory and the relationship between these two.Then the paper describes how to find out the problems existing in the training of middle-level manager by the modern enterprise training system based on position competency.Secondly,based on the training problems found so far,this paper constructs a post competency model suitable for the middle-level managers of the enterprise,and applies the competency model to the training system optimization to form the position competency standards for the middle-level manager,and effectively optimize the overall middle-level manager training system,and achieve the purpose of accurate training needs,effective training planning,solid training implementation,and reliable training results of middle-level manager training.This paper takes the author's company as a case to solve the problem of position competency standards in training and optimizes the overall middle-level manager training based on the position competency standards and establishes the basis for the improvement of training effectiveness.For companies that want to establish training standards and improve the effectiveness of training,this paper provides references.
