With the rapid development of social economy and international trade,the consumption form and consumption structure have also changed.Therefore,the market demand for packaging machinery is increasing and the requirements are higher and higher.Packaging machinery is an important guarantee to promote the high-quality development of packaging industry.It is an important type of machining.Packaging machinery plays an important role in promoting market development.L Packaging Machinery Co.,Ltd.is representative of small and medium-sized private enterprises in the packaging machinery industry.Therefore,this thesis takes L company as the research object to study its development strategy.L Packaging Machinery Co.,Ltd.has formulated strategies conducive to the healthy and sustainable development of the company,so as to improve the marketing management level of L Packaging Machinery Co.,Ltd.At the same time,it is also hoped that it can play a useful reference for the strategic development of production and operation activities of small and medium-sized enterprises in the packaging machinery industry equivalent to the scale of L company.Through literature research,comprehensive analysis and comparative research and other research methods,this thesis analyzes the opportunities and threats faced by the company in the external environment,as well as the advantages and disadvantages of the company,and formulates a strategic plan to promote the development of L Packaging Machinery Co.,Ltd.Firstly,by analyzing the current situation of research on strategic management at home and abroad,we understand the relevant basic theories of strategic management.The preliminary work is relatively solid,which has laid a solid foundation for the in-depth research of the subject.Secondly,by using PEST analysis tool and Porter’s five forces model analysis tool,this thesis combs and analyzes the internal and external environment of L Packaging Machinery Co.,Ltd.,combs out the current macro environment and industry competitive environment of L Packaging Machinery Co.,Ltd.,so as to deeply analyze and judge the opportunities and challenges faced by the external environment of the enterprise,and combs out the internal advantages and disadvantages of L Packaging Machinery Co.,Ltd.in combination with the current capacity and resources of L Packaging Machinery Co.,Ltd,Combined with the results of SWOT matrix analysis,this thesis formulates the development strategic direction for L Packaging Machinery Co.,Ltd.,and puts forward that the company can adopt the "2 + 4" growth combination strategy.Finally,the implementation of the development strategy can be guaranteed by establishing and perfecting the guarantee mechanism for the implementation of the strategy,strengthening the market-oriented construction of the enterprise,strengthening the construction of the enterprise culture and strengthening the awareness of all staff participation.
