Research On Influencing Factors And Countermeasures Of New-type Professional Farmers Participating In Training

This article from the economic and social development situation of our country,combined with the national related policy documents,analyzes the background of China's new occupation farmer training work at present,points out that we must train new occupation farmer group has advanced level in culture,technology,management,management,and other aspects of the business.On the definition of change,modern agricultural characteristics,definition of concept and the new occupation farmer training,according to the human capital,public goods,labor transfer and other aspects of the push-pull theory,from the development and changes of rural labor migration and transformation of old age,lack of quality point of view,pointing out that we must actively carry out the new occupation farmer training work.On this basis,taking Shanxi County of Lingshi Province as an example to carry out empirical research,analysis of Shanxi County of Lingshi Province in rural areas,farmers and agriculture development status,the new occupation farmer training situation,main methods,achievements,combined with the results of the questionnaire data analysis,determine the farmers to participate in training related to nine factors,namely age gender,education level,income level,how to realize the training work and training time,location,mode,experience and other factors.Logistic analysis method was adopted to further analyze the nine factors affecting the degree of farmers' participation in training.Finally,according to the results of the analysis,from the strengthening of propaganda and mobilization,strengthen organizational leadership,increase capital investment,improve the recognition precision of training objects,preferential policies for the new occupation fanner,strengthen the occupation education and culture education,improve the training system,optimize training system,promote the formation of Shanxi Province Lingshi county new occupation farmer education and training work and suggestions to improve the enthusiasm of farmers to participate in training.
