| In recent years,as China’s "double carbon targets",China has accelerated the promotion and popularization of new energy vehicles,traditional fuel vehicle dynamic system is gradually replaced by the new energy power system,traditional auto parts industry faces new challenges.Based on the above background,from the perspective of strategic management,this paper takes FD Company,a traditional auto parts enterprise,as the research object to carry out the following research: First,by analyzing the overall environment and industry environment of FD company,the key factors of the external situation are outlined,and the EFE matrix is used to evaluate the company’s performance to the external conditions.It is believed that FD company has a good overall performance in taking advantage of opportunities and responding to threats.However,more active strategies are still needed to take advantage of the opportunity of vehicle lightweight trend and deal with the threat of vehicle electrification.Second,through the analysis of the resources and capacity of FD company,summarizes the key internal environment factors,and use of IFE matrix to evaluate FD internal environment of company,leading think FD company internal environment advantages,but there is still a difficult technical talents,automated water production line covers the insufficiency,the new energy field foundation weak parts.Thirdly,the selective strategies of FD company are generated by SWOT matrix,and the strategy of FD company layer is selected by QSPM matrix combined with the company’s mission and vision and strategic business objectives,and the competitive strategy is determined according to the specific competitive environment of FD company.Fourthly,relevant safeguard measures should be formulated for the implementation of FD company’s development strategy from the four areas of organization,talent,finance and culture,so as to promote the effective implementation of FD company’s development strategy.Through in-depth research,this paper believes that FD company should adopt related diversification strategy as the overall strategy,by introducing related diversified business,strengthen the core advantages of related diversified business,achieve the market expansion of related diversified business,promote the development of company diversification;It is advisable to adopt cost leading strategy as competitive strategy,and take a series of measures to improve efficiency and reduce cost,so that the company can obtain and maintain a competitive position in the fierce competition of auto parts market.The research of this paper is helpful to improve the decision-making ability of the company,maintain the stable development of the enterprise,and also provide some reference for stimulating the business vitality of small and medium-sized private auto parts enterprises. |
