Couple with the increasingly rising of the need of the logistics industry,as the carrier of logistics,special automobile industry is increasingly competitive.W auto company in its years of development has a good reputation and good foundation in the industry,but in terms of enterprise scale,and comparing with the domestic large enterprises,business growth ability or the profit is far insufficient,how to make use of existing resources and the external opportunity,to improve the operations of the enterprise and to continue to profit,are the urgent task in the company development.In this paper,take W Automobile Company as the research object,and through the use of strategic management analysis methods and theories,a large number of relevant materials are consulted.And through field research,the existing development situation and problems of W Automobile Company are analyzed.And then,the PEST and five-force model are used to analyze the external environment of the company,summarize the opportunities such as the advantages of the enterprise and the threats to the industry,and analyze the resources and capabilities of W Automobile Company,and then analyze its capabilities based on the internal value chain,and obtain the SWOT situation faced by the strategic development of W Company.Furthermore,based on SWOT analysis,the relevant diversified development strategy goals,visions and paths of W Company are proposed,and the main development paths are that: Combined with its own technical advantages,expand the product line to lay the foundation for the development of the enterprise;at the same time,grasp the core components,expand the business scope of the aftermarket,bring new profit growth points to the enterprise;according to the existing research and development capabilities of the intelligent equipment manufacturing product output,combined with financial services and put forward the precision marketing model,through the technology plus service platform for customers to carry out differentiated marketing,technology marketing and customized services.Finally,combined with the relevant diversification development strategy proposed by W Automobile,how to ensure the smooth and effective implementation of the relevant diversification strategy from the four aspects of organization,talent,system and culture.The main characteristics of this article are that: First,analysis and research on internal and external environment in detail,to carry on the quantitative evaluation,and to provide reliable basis for choosing related diversification development strategy and concrete way;And then,according to the three selected targets,raise the development path planning;Finally,strategic analysis and selection of this paper provide reference for the same or similar industrial companies.
