Study On Countermeasures For The Development Of Macadamia Nut Industry In Chongzuo,Guangxi

The introduction of macadamia nut cultivation in Chongzuo City,Guangxi can be said to have a long history and is well known.As an important cash crop in Chongzuo City,macadamia nuts occupy a leading position in the local agricultural industry and an important share in the agricultural market.In terms of the current development status,the macadamia industry in Chongzuo City has encountered some bottlenecks that hinder its development,through its in-depth study to find solutions to deal with the problem,in order to promote the development of the macadamia industry in Chongzuo City.How to improve the production of macadamia nut industry,improve the quality of the fruit,how to improve the market influence and share of the industry,to achieve the quality and efficiency of the city’s macadamia nut industry and upgrade,is the first priority facing the development of the macadamia nut industry in Chongzuo City today.In this paper,we conduct field visits and research on the development status of each link in the industry chain,such as the cultivation,processing and sales of macadamia nuts in Chongzuo,Guangxi,and adopt the literature research method,gray correlation analysis and GM(1,1)prediction model according to the current development status of the macadamia nut industry in Chongzuo,Guangxi,to further analyze the development status of the macadamia nut industry in Chongzuo,Guangxi,problems and influencing factors.Specifically,the following research results were obtained:(1)Chongzuo City has a long history of macadamia nut cultivation,its topography and climate hydrology are very suitable for the growth of macadamia nuts,the natural conditions are superior,and there are abundant labor resources,strong government support,strong scientific research and development capabilities,and the industrial development is also beginning to take shape,and there is a certain social foundation.(2)The existence of some phenomena restrict the development of macadamia industry in Chongzuo City,Guangxi,for example,mixed macadamia varieties,with unreasonable;insufficient funds,restricting the development of macadamia forest economy;processing enterprises single,weak,insufficient extension of the industrial chain;daily management is missing,the problem of nurturing management;the quality of farmers is not high;brand influence is small,etc.The reasons for these problems are mainly,some growers backward thinking,focus on yield and ignore the quality of the fruit;government-led function is not fully played;industrial upgrading and optimization of weak;orchard sloppy management;industry talent to attract retention is insufficient;low brand awareness.(3)Some influencing factors were selected to analyze the development of macadamia nut industry in Chongzuo City,Guangxi using the gray correlation model.According to the analysis results,the correlation of each influencing factor on the total output value of macadamia nut industry is in the order of fruit tree planting area(mu),processing enterprises(one),planting cost(yuan/mu),green skin fruit purchase price(yuan/kg),fruit farmers’ education level(year),total agricultural machinery power(million k Wh).Therefore,the yield can be increased by expanding the planting area of fruit trees,thus providing the raw material base for the subsequent deep processing of nuts and increasing the revenue;also by subsidizing the growers to reduce the planting cost;and also by improving the cultural level of fruit farmers and the degree of agricultural mechanization to improve the development of macadamia nut industry in Chongzuo City.By using the model GM(1,1),the development trend of relevant factors affecting the development of macadamia nut industry in Chongzuo City from 2022 to2025 is predicted,except for the purchase price,all other factors show a relatively stable growth trend in the next few years.(4)In response to the conclusions of the above analysis of the current situation,the countermeasures proposed for the development of the level of macadamia nut industry in Chongzuo City: the formulation of scientific development planning,strengthening capital investment and nurturing management,the construction of a good seed and seedling base,strengthening the construction of the talent team,cultivating and introducing leading processing enterprises,and increasing the brand publicity power to enhance the influence of macadamia nut brand.
