| In recently,with the constantly progress of technology,artificial intelligence is more and more widely used in the industrial field.The application of Artificial intelligence led by UAV is particularly representative in the industrial field.The breadth and depth of used have risen to a certain height,and the application prospect is broad.One of the most widely applications is ZF UAV intelligent technology company,the application of UAV into the power industry operation maintenance,control,display and other aspects.In the process of ZF company’s transformation from simple flying patrol service to technology research and development,the technical department personnel of ZF company,especially the technical department management personnel,played a very important role.They are the key to the success or failure of the company’s transformation.In this context,the research on the cultivation and improvement of technical department management personnel has very important practical significance.The research goal is the cultivation and improvement of ZF company’s technical department management personnel,this paper makes a comprehensive and in-depth study by using literature review,BEI interview and questionnaire survey.The contents are as follows:First,analyze and describe the research background,purpose and significance,determine the research goal is the cultivation and improvement research of ZF company’s technical department management personnel,and determine the research ideas,methods and content.Second,summarize,conclude and analyze the previous theories and research results,define the concepts such as UAV intelligent technology and UAV intelligent technology company,managers and technical department management personnel,cultivation of technical department management personnel and cultivation system of technical department management personnel,competency model and management personnel competency model and so on.Discusses the guiding significance of competency and competency model,learning organization theory,adult learning theory and Corleone training evaluation model theory to the research content of this paper.It also points out the shortcomings of current research.Thirdly,the author investigated and analyzed the current situation of ZF company’s technical department management personnel cultivation,and summarized the new requirements of ZF company’s strategic transformation for the cultivation of technical department management personnel.Combined with questionnaire survey and interview method,found the problems of ZF company’s technical department management personnel cultivation existing in the current,including current technical department management personnel cultivation had failed to meet the competency requirements,the existing technical department management personnel cultivation lack of organization and system process,the existing technical department management personnel cultivation lack of teaching system and evaluation system,the existing technical department management personnel cultivation lack of effective incentive mechanism,the existing technical department management personnel cultivation lack of sustainability.Fourthly,in view of the existing problems of ZF company’s current technical department management personnel cultivation,the overall idea of ZF company’s technical department management personnel cultivation and improvement is put forward as follows: Set up scientific competency model of ZF company’s technology department management personnel,follow the competency model for cultivation standards design,with a scientific cultivation standards to guide personnel selection,curriculum design,cultivation mode design,staff promotion and elimination,and make sure effective implementation of the work.Build a perfect personnel cultivation comprehensive support,in order to let the cultivation result of the technical department management personnel can meet the company’s new requirements.Help the company’s function extension and business upgrade,and promote the success of the company’s strategic transformation. |
