In Guangxi insurance market,A Property Insurance Company as the longest established,the largest property insurance company,has extraordinary influence.For A long time,A Property Insurance Company has been serving the overall economic and social development of Guangxi and serving a wide range of customer groups.In this process,A Property Insurance Company has been able to create and accumulate leading advantages,which are superior to the market and competitors in the core competitiveness of the enterprise.However,with the increasing number of insurance market players,the competition is increasingly fierce,and the means of competition are more diversified.In the competition of a large number of similar companies,A Property Insurance Company,as the market subject with the largest share in the property insurance market in Guangxi,is facing greater pressure and challenges accordingly.For A Property Insurance Company,how to respond to changes in the external market environment,combine enterprise development with the actual situation of the enterprise,and formulate a competitive strategy suitable for its own development,so as to consolidate and enhance the competitive position of the enterprise,is of vital importance to the development of A Property Insurance Company.In this paper,based on the theory of competitive strategy,competitive strategy to A general insurance company in the analysis process,from the strategic analysis,strategic structure,strategy implementation,the integrated use of various analysis tools,to formulate suitable for the current development situation of A general insurance company competition strategy,and constantly consolidate and improve the market share of A general insurance company and brand influence.In the analysis of the competitive environment of Guangxi property insurance industry,PEST is used to analyze the external environment,Porter’s Five Forces model is used to analyze the five forces in the industry,the main competitors are analyzed,and external opportunities and threats are summarized.Secondly,it analyzes the internal resources of the enterprise from the aspects of organizational structure,talent,brand,etc.,analyzes the enterprise ability from the aspects of management ability,product innovation,product marketing,and analyzes the internal strengths and weaknesses of A Property Insurance Company.On this basis,all factors are combined to analyze the advantages and disadvantages and possibilities of A Property Insurance Company implementing various competitive strategies.Using SWOT and QSPM matrix,it is determined that A Property Insurance Company should adopt differentiation strategy,and implement differentiation strategy from the aspects of brand,product,marketing channel and service ability.
