The insurance industry as an emerging industry in China since the reform and opening up,since 1979 to restore the domestic insurance business for nearly 30 years,the insurance industry has achieved rapid development,whether it is starting from the pace of development of the industry,or from the indicators of national GDP contribution,financial contribution and employment contribution,are should belong to the emerging industry is in the growth of.Especially in recent years has achieved rapid development,its market share is also increasing.With the further growth of China's market economy,the automobile industry has also made rapid progress,so that the rapid increase of China's car ownership.And then gave birth to the further development of the automobile insurance industry.This makes the status of auto insurance in property insurance is more prominent,from the premium income sources,the car insurance business accounted for nearly 70%,a well deserved to become an important pillar of property insurance.In this paper,combined with the theory of knowledge in school,to T company as an example,to carry out the research on the competitive strategy of differentiation,to provide feasible suggestions for the development of the company.This paper first introduces the research background and the general idea,using the strategic management tool model to seriously study the auto insurance business in the process of the development of the macro environment.Then using five forces model tools,according to the specific environment of the insurance market of Zibo City,in the in-depth study of the auto insurance industry competition situation.Then through careful study of the internal resources of the enterprise and enterprise competitiveness,and summarized the specific problems encountered in the development of auto insurance business.And then make full use of tool model,a careful study of the external environment of enterprises encountered in the present situation,the opportunities and challenges,the competitive advantages and disadvantages of rational auto insurance business,see the company's insurance business are facing difficulties at the same time,of course,there is a good chance,so that the enterprise should auto insurance business the implementation of differentiated market competition strategy demonstration.On this basis,according to the specific situation of the enterprise business auto insurance business,and continue to study,the implementation of differentiated competitive strategy: the operation models forsegmentation,business channel segmentation and customer service differentiation competitive strategy.Finally,in accordance with the specific conditions of the existing enterprise,develop a more efficient implementation of auto insurance differentiation competitive strategy,and through the security measures in the sales personnel of the enterprise organization structure,enterprise management,enterprise human resource allocation,financial and other aspects of the follow-up.
