《Made in China 2025》 puts forward that the automobile industry is the inevi Tab.choice of the strategy of manufacturing power.In recent years,China’s automobile industry has developed rapidly.As an important strategic measure of the automobile industry,service-oriented transformation has far-reaching strategic significance and profound impact on its enterprise performance.This paper analyzes the influence mechanism of automobile manufacturing service on its enterprise performance from the theoretical level.Firstly,the service-oriented automobile manufacturing industry often has the characteristics of high added value and high technology content,which can bring high profit returns to enterprises;Secondly,service is an important way of differentiated participation in market competition,which can enhance customer loyalty,realize market competition barriers,obtain competitive advantages,and improve enterprise profits;Finally,under the condition of technological innovation,service-oriented has a greater impact on performance.In the empirical research part,firstly,from the micro perspective,this paper constructs the regression model of service-oriented impact on performance,takes the relevant enterprises of Listed Companies in China’s automobile industry that announced service-oriented income from 2011 to 2020 as the research sample,and uses systematic GMM and fixed effect model to analyze the specific impact degree of them;Finally,in order to further clarify what factors affect service-oriented and enterprise performance,and under what factors,this paper makes a regression analysis of regulation and mediation.The results show that:(1)The service-oriented automobile manufacturing industry and enterprise performance show a "U" shape.After the service-oriented level reaches about 15%,the improvement of service-oriented can effectively promote the improvement of enterprise performance;(2)The service of automobile manufacturing industry and its enterprise performance are affected by market competition,and the degree of market competition plays a partial intermediary role between them;(3)Technological innovation can play a positive regulatory role in the process of service-oriented affecting performance.Based on the above research conclusions,this paper puts forward some relevant suggestions,such as accelerating the development of enterprise service-oriented transformation,ensuring a good market competition environment for the automobile industry,and improving the self-help innovation ability and core competitiveness of enterprises.
