Service strategy of high-tech manufacturing enterprises can make service factors form strong marginal effect on technology factors in the period of technology bottleneck,and open up new ways for enterprises to find profit growth point.This is one of the important reasons why it has become one of the strategic choices of many high-tech manufacturing enterprises at present.However,service performance level of high-tech manufacturing enterprises is affected by many factors.Based on the literature review,it is concluded that the service performance of manufacturing enterprises is logically mainly affected by the quality and quantity of service elements input.Based on this,the hypothesis that "technological innovation capability and service degree are the core variables affecting service performance" is taken as the research hypothesis,and the interaction items and services between enterprise scale,asset-liability ratio,service degree and enterprise scale are taken as the research hypothesis.The interaction term between degree and asset-liability ratio is used as the control variable to establish the regression model in this paper.This paper chooses the listed companies of high-tech manufacturing enterprises in China from 2012 to 2016 as the research object,and explores the impact of technological innovation ability and service degree on service performance by empirical research method.At the same time,considering the industry differences,the samples are grouped according to the industry to test the hypothesis to ensure the robustness of the results.This paper finds that:(1)the technological innovation capability of high-tech manufacturing enterprises has a positive impact on their service performance,that is,the stronger the technological innovation capability of high-tech manufacturing enterprises,the better their service performance,that is,the quality of service elements input has a positive impact on the service performance of enterprises to a certain extent.(2)The service-oriented performance of high-tech manufacturing enterprises is positively affected by the service-oriented degree,that is,with the improvement of the service-oriented degree,the service-oriented performance is improved,and the quantity of service elements input has apositive impact on the service-oriented performance of enterprises to a certain extent.(3)(3)Considering the differences of industries,the test is conducted by industry groups.The results show that the technological innovation capability of railway,ship,aerospace and other manufacturing industries has no significant impact on service performance,but the impact of technological innovation capability and service level of other industries on service performance is basically the same as that of the overall sample regression.Based on this,this paper puts forward the following suggestions from the perspective of technological innovation ability,service level and government functional departments to improve the service performance of enterprises: increasing investment and management of R&D expenditure,strengthening the construction of scientific and technological talent echelon,strengthening cooperation with universities and scientific research institutions,and strengthening the development of clothing for high-tech manufacturing enterprises.In order to enhance core competence and change the focus of profit for high-tech manufacturing enterprises,the government needs to formulate more preferential talent policies,strengthen the role of industry associations,and provide policy incentives for service-oriented high-tech manufacturing enterprises.
