Study On China’s Service-oriebted Manufacturing Enterprise Performance Evaluation

Manufacturing industry as a pillar industry of the national economy, its developmentaffects many areas of social, economic, environmental, etc., is to promote the healthy andsustainable development of China’s economy a major force.With the further deepening ofeconomic globalization, increasing market competition, rapid changes in consumptionpatterns and evolving technologies to reduce transaction costs resulting from such servicesoccupy an increasingly important position in the production and operation of themanufacturing sector, the service of becoming one of the world’s manufacturing trends,China’s manufacturing enterprises to promote the rapid, healthy and sustainabledevelopment.Therefore, the performance of the manufacturing enterprise service-orientedfocus of research is not only of concern to theorists, but also companies in business practice isan urgent need to solve management problems.This paper reviews, carding a service-based manufacturer of the theoretical literature,supplement and perfect the manufacturing services of the theoretical framework, a detailedanalysis of the meaning of service-oriented manufacturing and service-oriented concepts suchas manufacturing companies, in order to define the meaning of service-oriented systemsmanufacturing, clarify people’s service-oriented manufacturing connotation and extension ofunderstanding the exploratory attemptation;Secondly, the analysis of the characteristics ofservice-oriented manufacturing enterprises and the implementation of service-oriented factors,based on input-output method and introduced gray comprehensive evaluation theory, to builda service-oriented manufacturing enterprise performance evaluation system.Meanwhile, theuse of cross-sectional data for2010-2012were analyzed performance evaluation; Finally, thepaper analyzes the influencing factors and proposed service-oriented manufacturingenterprises to further improve performance, path, suggestions and methods.
