With the changing in the social and economic environment and the escalating needs of customers,the competition among enterprises has become more intense.To win in the fierce market competition,companies need to build an excellent workforce and motivate them to achieve ideal performance through strategic behaviors.At present,employees’ expectations for the return of their work have become diversified,and employees pay more attention to the value and recognition of their work,a safe working environment,and smooth career development channels.This prompts the need to continuously iteratively update the company’s compensation incentives based on strategies.In order to study the comprehensive compensation incentive system based on corporate strategy,this paper takes Y Company as an example,and according to its corporate strategy,this paper takes Y company as an example,according to its corporate strategy,comprehensively using research methods such as field research,literature review and data analysis,through the internal staff comprehensive compensation incentive satisfaction survey and external staff comprehensive compensation.Salary Incentive Survey,which researches and analyzes its current compensation incentives.It is found that the current salary incentive has a series of problems such as mismatch with the enterprise strategy,unreasonable salary structure setting and weakening of salary incentive function.This paper comprehensively considers the relevant theories of comprehensive compensation incentives and combines the strategy of Y company to optimize the design of its compensation incentives.A comprehensive salary incentive system in line with the development strategy of Company Y was constructed from seven aspects including economic remuneration and non-economic remuneration,and at the same time,the guarantee measures for the implementation of the comprehensive salary incentive system were put forward.It is expected that this will stimulate the enthusiasm of the employees of Y Company,improve the performance of employees,realize the corporate strategy,and promote the sustainable and healthy development of the company.
