Study On The Circulation Problem And Countermeasures Of Peasant Household Homestead Use Right In Xiaodian Town,Shouxian County

The circulation of the right to use residential land is conducive to promoting the scale and intensive operation of agriculture,and has strategic value for the development of rural modernization.After the reform and opening up,China has formed a unique circulation system for the right to use residential land.Xiaodian Town,Shouxian County,is located in the Jianghuai Plain and has achieved good results in the circulation of homestead use rights,but what problems have arisen in the new era and new situation of farmers’ homestead use rights? How can these problems be solved? These questions are the questions that need to be answered in rural construction and rural revitalization at present.This paper investigates and studies the circulation of homestead use rights in Xiaodian Town,Shouxian County,on the basis of objectively describing its current situation,summarizes its existing experience,analyzes its current problems,and puts forward relevant thoughts and suggestions on this basis,in order to provide a useful reference for the circulation of homestead use rights in Xiaodian Town,and to get a glimpse of the whole leopard,and strive to peek into the experience and problems of the circulation of homestead use rights in the Jianghuai Plain area,and provide some thinking for the circulation of rural homestead use rights in similar areas in China’s rural revitalization.The study is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is an introduction,on the basis of raising questions,combing through the current existing research at home and abroad,and reviewing the relevant research;the second chapter defines the concept of the circulation of the right to use the homestead,and uses the relevant theories to provide theoretical guidance for the circulation of the right to use the homestead in Xiaodian Town,Shou Xian County;the third chapter introduces the basic situation of Xiaodian Town in the sample area,and uses the questionnaire survey method to conduct a descriptive statistical analysis of the circulation of the right to use the homestead in Xiaodian Town,and analyzes the differences in the descriptive statistical analysis The fourth chapter summarizes and analyzes the problems existing in the circulation process of the current residential land use right in Xiaodian Town,and puts forward the thinking and suggestions for solving the circulation of the right to use the residential land in Xiaodian Town,and conducts a questionnaire survey from the aspects of circulation willingness,policy awareness,circulation process situation,and living conditions after circulation,so as to understand the basic situation and existing problems in the circulation of residential land use rights in Xiaodian Town;the fifth chapter is to analyze the causes of the current problems,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions from the three aspects of policy improvement,administrative management,and farmers’ behavior Chapter 6 is a summary of the study,exploring the limitations and shortcomings of this study.
