| Tourism-type rural settlements have become one of important types of rural settlements, and there is a regular spatial-temporal evolution process in terms of land use pattern, spatial structure and industrial layout.Taking settlement relocation, tourism development, and implementation of relevant policies as the transition node, the survey data from 1999,2002,2009,2014 and 2021 were used to deeply analyze and the evolution law of land use pattern, spatial structure model and other evolution rules,as well as the influencing factors and driving mechanisms behind it.The results of the study show that:First, the Agglomeration State of Huangling Village mainly relies on the linear distribution of rivers and roads, and the expansion of land use after 2009 shows strong concentration, especially after 2014,the construction area and intensity of land use increase,in the meanwhile, the buildings have changed from two-story houses to ones which have three stories and above.;Second,from2009 to 2021,the evolution of land types and functions would accelerate, mainly from residential and living land to catering, accommodation and other tourism service land, and the tourism service function of settlements will continue to increase;Third, the spatial structure, the land use pattern manifested in space, has undergone.three evolutionary stages including single-core dot,multi-point linearity and multi-line block, and is evolving to a multi-block network;Fourth, the spacialtemporal evolution of Huangling settlement is affected by various internal and external factors such as regional resource conditions, rural population, cultural concepts, economic conditions, market demand, policy regulation and control, etc.each factor plays a different role in jointly driving the spatial and temporal evolution of tourism-type rural settlements.Based on this, countermeasures and suggestions for development and optimization are given, which provides a decision-making basis for the development and optimization of Huangling tourism and settlements, and provides reference for the exploitation and development of other tourism-type rural settlements. |
