Research On Temporal-spatial Evolution Characteristicsanddriving Forcesof Regional Rural Residential Area

Rural settlements land waste,land use irrational and other rural settlements problems affected the sustainable development of rural settlements in Beijing and other big cities.It is of great significance to clarify the land use problem of the rural residential area which is currently encountered in the rural residential area,and the characteristics of the land use and its driving force.In order to clarify the spatio-temporal evolution characteristics of rural settlements in Beijing,this study collects socioeconomic data and analyzes the spatial data of rural settlements with vectorization at the same time.For the purpose of this paper,this paper includes three aspects:(1)Analysis of spatio-temporal evolution characteristics of rural settlements in Beijing(2)the main driving force of spatio-temporal evolution of rural settlements in Beijing;(3)Proposing the land management of rural settlements in BeijingBased on the landscape index method and Voronoi diagram,this paper analyzes the spatio-temporal evolution characteristics of rural settlements in Beijing from three aspects: land use scale,land use form and land space characteristics.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)From the scale of land use before and after 2005,the rural settlements in Beijing changed greatly,and the significantly change was appeared in newly urban development area and urban function expandable area;(2)from the plaque form,close to the city center of the rural settlements changes tends to irregular;(3)From the spatial distribution point of view,after 2005,the distribution of rural settlements in districts and counties in Beijing was more concentrated,and the distribution of rural settlements in the districts and counties near the city center was more concentrated,but districts away from the city center of the county is relatively small change.Based on the results of spatio-temporal evolution characteristics of rural settlements in Beijing,this paper discusses the driving factors of the change of rural settlements land,Choose the factors about distance to the center of the city,the per capita disposable income of rural settlements,the regional GDP,the resident population,the labor force,the cultivated land area,the real estate development investment and so on to construct the multiple linear regression model.Through the analysis of the regression model,the three periods of the development of rural settlements,exploration period,building period and transition period,are determined.At the same time,It is clarified that the distance from urban centers and the labor force is the main driving factor that affected the spatio-temporal evolution of rural settlements.In view of the main driving factors,combined with the local situation,put forward the development of rural settlements of the relevant recommendations.This paper uses the method of combination to study the spatio-temporal evolution characteristics of rural settlements,and reveals the driving force of rural settlements changes on the county scale.And determines the three periods of rural settlements land change and the leading factors that affect the change of rural settlements.Which provides a reference for the management and the tapping potential of of rural settlements in Beijing.
