| In essence,the competition among enterprises is the competition of talents.The more talents an enterprise has and can play a full role in the enterprise,the enterprise can stand out in the fierce market competition.Human resources,as the basic resources of enterprises,how to actively attract talents,develop talents and retain talents has become the first business strategy of modern enterprises.In recent years,due to various problems in state-owned enterprises,the talent team is unstable,which has seriously weakened the competitiveness of state-owned enterprises.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the problem of brain drain in enterprises and reduce the rate of brain drain to enhance the competitiveness of state-owned enterprises.The paper takes Guizhou HT Company as an example,and uses questionnaires,interviews and literature research to investigate and analyze the current situation of Guizhou HT Company’s human resources.It is found some problems exist in the human resources management of Guizhou HT Company.On the basis,the impact of brain drain on enterprise development is discussed.Brain drain will not only increase the cost of the enterprise,but also affect the cohesion of the enterprise,resulting in damage to the image of the enterprise,which is not conducive to the long-term development of the enterprise.Then,the reasons for the brain drain of Guizhou HT Company are analyzed from the external,internal factors of enterprises and personal factors of talents.According to these reasons,the countermeasures that can be taken to deal with the problem of brain drain are put forward from the aspects of optimizing the recruitment process,fair and equitable employment,improving the salary performance appraisal system,strengthening career management,improving the training system and strengthening the construction of corporate culture.Finally,the paper formulates strategic safeguard measures to deal with the problem of brain drain,so that the optimization plan can be effectively implemented.Through the analysis and research on the brain drain problem of Guizhou HT Company,reducing the brain drain of enterprises and improving the human resource management level of the enterprise can provide a certain reference and reference for the relevant state-owned enterprises to retain talents. |
