Research On The Optimization Of Capital Operation Model Of Guizhou Qiansheng Compan

Since the pilot enterprise reform of state-owned capital operating companies was launched in2016,the number and scale of state-owned capital operating companies have continued to increase,and they have become an important part of state-owned enterprises and a major force in the development of the national economy.Guizhou Qiansheng Company,as the only pilot enterprise of state-owned capital operation company in the SASAC system of Guizhou Province,has been registered with the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council.The main expansion-oriented capital operation model,the development of industrial operations and asset management and other related businesses.With the deepening of the reform of state-owned enterprises,there are higher requirements for the operation efficiency of pilot enterprises of state-owned capital operation companies.Therefore,optimizing the current operation mode of Guizhou Qiansheng Company and improving the operation efficiency of state-owned capital has become an important issue that needs to be solved urgently.This paper uses the literature research method to study the relevant theories of capital operation;uses the inductive analysis method and the comparative research method to analyze the current situation of the industrial operation-based expansion operation mode of Guizhou Qiansheng Company,including the formation background,operation method,operation content,Operation effect and the reasons for the problems of the operation model,etc.;use the interview and investigation method to gain an in-depth understanding of the strategic development goals and functional positioning of Guizhou Qiansheng Company.By referring to the operation mode of benchmarking enterprises,combined with the theory of entrusted management,value chain and smile curve,and optimized external and internal conditions,and according to the functional characteristics of state-owned capital operating companies,this paper proposes the optimization plan of the asset-light operation model of "Industrial operation+Equity investment+Fund management" and the implementation of safeguard measures.The research results of this paper can provide reference value for the provincial state-owned capital operation companies similar to Guizhou Qiansheng Company in how to optimize the operation mode of state-owned capital,and have certain promotion and reference functions in the same type of companies.
