Incentive is an important part of human resource management.Reasonable and effective incentive system and mechanism can greatly mobilize the enthusiasm,initiative and creativity of employees,and then motivate employees to create value for the enterprise.For a long time,the research on incentive theory has become mature,and more and more attention has been paid to the measurement of the structural value of employees,so as to achieve long-term and accurate incentives for employees.Under this background,the points-based incentive model arises at the historic moment;According to the logic and thinking of the points-based system,it is conducive to more accurate measurement of the individual's precise degree of value creation,and can be well linked with the company's performance appraisal mechanism,so as to realize the rationalization and scientific value evaluation.With the change of the internal and external environment,power generation enterprises also consider the situation,and continue to change and innovation,to adapt to the development of The Times.For example,improve human resource management activities,innovation incentive measures,improve performance appraisal.Through the innovation of incentive mechanism,improve the enthusiasm of employees,comprehensively assess the performance of managers and employees,and realize the comprehensive and sustainable development of enterprises and employees.Therefore,this paper focuses on the optimization of incentive mechanism of power generation enterprises,and focuses on the application of the theory and method of points system in power generation enterprises.Specifically,taking A power generation company as an example,based on the research on the incentive mechanism of A company,this paper carried out A research on the incentive mechanism of A company's employee points system.By making full use of relevant incentive theories and starting from the design ideas and framework of the points-based system,the performance appraisal design of the points-based system and the effect evaluation of the incentive mechanism,the systematic application system of the points-based system of company A is designed.At the same time,the corresponding incentive guarantee measures are designed to ensure the smooth implementation of the incentive mechanism of the points-based system.This paper analyzes the current situation of the incentive mechanism of A company in detail,puts forward the existing problems,and makes relevant incentive mechanism indicators from the perspective of managers and employees.In this paper,fuzzy hierarchy method is used to verify the accuracy of the assessment,the weight of each index is determined and the score is assigned.Help the company to carry out scientific performance management,and the actual application in production management activities.The accuracy of the evaluation model adopted in this paper is relatively high,which can fully reflect the company's incentive mechanism.The full use of this model can also serve as a reference for the implementation of the incentive mechanism of related power generation enterprises..
