With the development and popularization of the new energy market around the world,China is running at a critical stage in the development of its automobile industry.Automobile production is assembled by finished products,and the core is the entire supply chain of auto parts,and the key to the development of the entire automobile production lies in a sound and efficient supply chain.At present,the core material market competition in the new energy automobile industry is becoming increasingly fierce,and these enterprises are facing tough challenges.In particular,the inventory management has become an urgent bottleneck for battery material manufacturers at the front of the supply chain.The inventory management in the traditional mode has been difficult to adapt to the test of huge market demand.The inventory management level of raw material will directly affect the enterprise’s storing cost,turnover of goods and cash flow.At the same time,advanced raw material inventory management level can not only effectively promote upstream and downstream information integration but also improve service quality.Therefore,raw material inventory management has been highly valued by manufacturing enterprises.As a new energy material state-owned holding rising firm,Y company’s working capital efficiency has been affected by the capital occupation of raw material inventory.Therefore,it is urgent to optimize and perfect the company’s inventory management mode to promote the development of enterprise operation.First,the paper will briefly introduce the theory of inventory management and common inventory management methods through relevant theories.Second,the development of Y company is briefly introduced to lead to the issue of warehouse management optimization.A large number of warehouse data were collected,raw material inventory was analyzed synchronously,and the problems existing in the inventory management of Y company were deeply analyzed by means of tools such as fishbone diagram,brainstorming and expert opinion method,and the root causes were found out.Thirdly,combined with the main reasons,put the optimization plan consistent with the actual inventory situation of Y company,which is optimized and improved by combining order rolling plan,ABC classification management method,quantitative/regular order model.In addition,the realization of the optimization effect of PDCA cycle makes the optimization program can be implemented effectively for a long time.This paper guarantees the implementation of this program from three aspects: improving the department management system,strengthening personnel training and enabling information system.Finally,the implementation effect of inventory and financial indicators after the application of the scheme was objectively evaluated to verify the feasibility of the scheme.Y company made a comparison of the improvement before and after the specific implementation plan combined with its actual production and operation situation.The average inventory of raw materials,the proportion of sluggish materials,the average inventory amount,the inventory turnover rate,the inventory turnover period and so on have achieved a very obvious improvement.In this paper,the optimization scheme has certain guiding significance for Y company from a strategic point of view,which not only improves the competitiveness of Y Company,but also has certain reference significance for domestic new energy material enterprises or similar chemical enterprises. |
