| Taking the development strategy of Guiyang S Information Technology Company as the main research object,this paper systematically analyzes the external environment and industry environment of the company by using PEST analysis model and Porter’s Five Forces analysis model,and obtains the opportunities and threats encountered by the company in its development;Through the specific analysis of the company’s resources,the company’s ability and the company’s business situation,this paper summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the company.Combined with the comprehensive evaluation of internal and external factors,the SWOT analysis matrix is used to help Guiyang S Information Technology Company obtain four alternative strategic schemes,and then the Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix is used to determine and select the development strategy from the alternative schemes.At the same time,combined with the enterprise positioning and objectives,the company’s strategy,competitive strategy and functional strategy are matched.Finally,according to the short,medium and long-term development objectives of the enterprise,it gives suggestions on how to carry out strategic implementation and safeguard measures.The research of this paper enriches the research on the development strategy of software and information technology service enterprises,especially has positive reference value and significance for the development of similar local enterprises. |
