The development of the automobile manufacturing industry has gradually approached precision,leveling,and standardization.In addition to the recession of the overall industrial economy in the world in recent years and the sudden appearance of the black swan of the epidemic in 2020,the entire automobile industry and even the manufacturing industry have officially Entering the era of meager profits,whether for OEMs or parts manufacture companies,each enterprise has higher requirements and greater pressure on quality control,delivery efficiency,cost control and people management configuration.As a manager it is necessary to think about improve internal manufacturing process to enhance company competitiveness.For the W Automobile Company.The production line is complex and diverse.There are many factors affecting the standardization of the production line,and most are qualitative descriptions.This makes it difficult for the production line manager to identify and manage the state of the production line standard.This paper mainly takes four workshops production line as the research object,based on the concept and way of expression of production line standard,combined with current situation and 5 why root cause analysis,using expert assessment method and AHP,established W Automobile Company Production line standardization evaluation system,and using this system to actually evaluate the four workshops and production lines,and get the evaluation results,this process is transforms the production line standardization level from quantitative to qualitative state;finally,the lean production theory is applied to the production line,and use the same system for re-evaluation after optimization.The evaluation results showed standard level was significantly improved.This research is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is an introduction;the second chapter is an introduction to related concepts and basic theories;the third chapter is the W Automobile Company current situation and establishment the evaluation system;fourth chapter uses the evaluation analysis system to analyze and quantify the results;The fifth chapter is the research conclusion and prospect.In the standardization evaluation and optimization process,some theoretical methods and improvement and optimization measures are used,which have certain reference significance for the enterprises that are similar to the W Automobile Company.
