Application Of Lean Production In H&H Company's Production Process Improvement

With the increasingly prominent demand for individualization and diversification of customers,the mode of production in China's manufacturing industry has undergone an important change,gradually changing from the traditional single variety in large quantities to multi-variety in small quantities.At the same time,with the increasingly fierce competition in the market economy,the rising prices of raw materials and labor costs,manufacturing industry is facing enormous challenges.In this paper,lean production tools are used to solve the problems existing in the process of multi-variety and small batch rapid transformation in manufacturing industry,so as to meet customer needs quickly,improve competitive advantage and reduce costs.In this paper,H&H company health food production process encountered in a variety of small batch problems,non-standard vertical cylinder positioning labeling machine production line as the research object,first of all,the use of program analysis method to analyze the rapid change of the production process,and with the help of fish bone diagram to investigate the causes of the problem,and then according to Lean;The implementation steps of rapid change of production methods seek solutions,gradually implement solutions in the case of staff training,TPM management and other preliminary work ready,and finally establish and improve the "Standardized Rules for SMED " to prepare for continuous improvement.By implementing lean production,H&H company shortened the switching time of health food by 50.3 minutes on average,and reduced the personnel arrangement of packaging process by one person.This successful case inspired staff morale,created a good atmosphere for improvement,and provided a reference case for other manufacturing industries to promote and implement lean production.
