Research On The Optimization Of The Coordination Mechanism Of Tourism Public Service Providers In Wudang District, Guiyang Cit

In the development of tourism,the public service of tourism occupies an important role.Especially nowadays when the standard of tourism is extremely high,tourists’ demand for the public service of tourism is higher.Along with the development of economy,the three subjects of government,market and society in resource allocation depend on and influence each other.Presently,the public service of tourism has formed the mode in which many subjects collaborate with each other.However,due to the imperfect collaborative mechanism,the effect shown by the collaborative participation of the main bodies of supply including the government and market is not so ideal.This paper aims to find out the shortcoming in the collaborative mechanism of the main body of supply in the public service of tourism in Wudang District through the case study on Wudang District,Guiyang,with the promotion over the public service of tourism as the orientation.Then,the suggestions on optimizing the collaborative mechanism for the participation in the public service of tourism by the main bodies of supply including the government,market,social organizations and voluntary associations etc.are proposed.Through perfecting the collaborative operation between different subjects effectively,the tourists’ satisfaction degree over the public service of tourism can be promoted.It is composed of six parts,including introduction,core concept and theoretical basis,current situation for collaborative mechanism of the main body of supply in the public service of tourism in Wudang District,analysis on existing problems and causes,suggestions on optimization and conclusion.Firstly,through the discussion over the public service of tourism under the background of tourism around the world,the necessity for the research on the collaborative mechanism of the main body of supply is emphasized.In combination with the research overview on the collaboration between the main bodies of supply in the public service of tourism both at home and abroad,reference is offered to the content of research in this paper.Through the elaboration over the concepts of collaborative mechanism and synergy theory,the theoretical basis is laid for the collaborative mechanism of the main body of supply in the public service of tourism in Wudang District.Secondly,there is the analysis on the current situation concerning the collaborative mechanism of the main body of supply in the public service of tourism in Wudang District and summary of the preliminary result obtained.Then specific questionnaires and field interviews are conducted.Through specific questionnaires and field interviews carried out for the enterprises specialized in the public service of tourism and some happy farmhouses in the villages,social organizations,and autonomous organizations,the manifestation of the problems in the collaborative mechanism of the main body of supply in the public service of tourism in Wudang District is found through the four aspects including organization,information,supervision and incentive guarantee,and the causes are analysed.In combination with actual work.Based on the above-mentioned explanation,the suggestions about perfecting the mechanism of organization and collaboration,the collaborative mechanism of communication and sharing,and the collaborative mechanism of supervision and evaluation,and improving the collaborative mechanism of motivation and guarantee are proposed to promote the optimization over the collaborative mechanism of the main body of supply in the public service of tourism in Wudang District.Finally,there is summary and conclusion of this paper.Choosing the collaborative mechanism of the main body of supply in the public service of tourism in Wudang District as the representative,this paper lays a theoretical foundation and improvement direction for Wudang District to launch upgrading development in the public service of tourism in the future.
