With the pace of the urbanization of our country, housing problem has beengrowing, especially for the low-income people. Effective supply of public housing isthe basic path to solve the housing problems of low-income families and individualsat the present stage.This paper affirms the necessity of diversification of public housing supply basedon analyzing the diversification of public housing supply theory. Lay the foundationto below collaborative research. Later on, the essay discusses the related theories ofcollaborative, put forward the ideal state of cooperative work-the "seamlessconnection". After analyzing and comparing several kinds of public housing supplypattern in China, standing in the Angle of administrative power and financial powermain supply body are analyzed. Then point out that the collaboration problem ofpublic housing supply main performance is: the main supply body lack ofresponsibility and the participation of main supply body is not enough. The analysisof the problems, to explore the cause of the problem is that some local governmentlack of sufficient motivation for public housing supply, funds of public housing isinsufficient. At last we discussed the location of all the main supply body in thecollaborative and the paper points out the path selection of optimizing the cooperativework.
