The Research On The Main Body Status Of Chinese Public Sector Economy

The public sector of the economy is the foundation of social and economic, persisting in the public ownershipas the main body position is Chinese fundamental system of socialism, is also the foundation of socialist marketeconomy. With the continuous development of the deepening of reform and opening up and the market economy,the main body position of the Chinese public ownership economy in national economy has changed. In this paper,the breakthrough point is Chinese listing Corporation, based on industry perspective, we study China listingCorporation public asset distribution, public ownership and the public sector of the economy’s contribution toeconomic development, so we can measure the main body status of public ownership economy. Research showsthat in China listing Corporations, the absolute number of public assets and public ownership are increasing innumber, but the proportion of assets and the proportion of equity has dropped, the public sector of the economy tothe GDP contribution rates continue to decline, the private economy on the GDP contribution rate rising. Theresearch results indicate that the public assets should be adjusted the layout. in the national security industry,public assets should further enhance control; should actively develop the mixed ownership in important basic levelindustry, but keep holding the position in the market competition; grade industry should be fully liberalized,gradually withdraw. In order to give full play to the social function of the public sector of the economy, andpromote sound and rapid development of the national economy..Chapter I introduces the writing background, writing significance, and presents the domestic and internationalliterature reviews as well as the public sector of the economy is the foundation of social and economic.Chapter II First introduces the reason of the whole state-owned economy with listing Corporation data, afterabout detailed introduced the related theory of industry classification, finally analyzed the detailed data on the44industry, by number, each industry listing Corporation total assets, public asset share data, obtained in differentindustry status of public ownership of assets.Chapter III Analysis on the ownership structure. Firstly analyzes and studies the changes in China’s listingCorporation in the public ownership, and then compare the relative changes of public assets and public ownership,the development and changes in the analysis of the situation of the company listing Corporation public ownership.Chapter Ⅳ Selects the proportion of public owned economy, the non-public sectors of the economy, and theproportion of state ownership economy contribution to economic development of the non-public sector of theeconomy and the rate of contribution to economic development of four factors were analyzed, obtained the variouseconomic forms of relative position in the national economy and the change of the GDP contribution rate, andsummed up the change of ownership structure in China exhibit the following characteristics: first, the contributionrate of decline of state-owned economy, collective economy contribution rate increased, the contribution rate ofgrowth of the collective economy, to a certain extent make up for the state-owned economy contribution rate willresult in public economic decline in status, but also makes the internal structure of the public sector of theeconomy changed, but public ownership overall contribution rate is on the decline; second, the public economyand other economic scale increase in the registered capital of domestic enterprises, but the declining proportion ofregistered capital in public enterprises.Chapter V based on the analysis of the above empirical results, the proportion of public assets in China and thepublic stock and the number of public assets to carry on the analysis, the conclusion shows that the public sector ofthe economy is still occupying the dominant position, but its superiority has been gradually reduced, the proportion of China’s public assets is declining, public assets growth rate has been ahead of other assets, industry the controlforce is declining, the public sector of the economy’s main body status advantage becomes small. At last, we putforward the classified management of state-owned assets and state-owned enterprises.
